Terrible terrible customer service...!! I took my mom for hair color and paid almost $65 for the…read morecoloring procedure. We were asked to let the color stay for 5-6 days. My mom washed her hair after 5 days and her all the roots were gray again...!! I was going on vacation. So, as soon as I came back (almost 2 weeks after the initial color application) I went there to show the saloon staff what happened. I was told to make an appointment , talk to the manager and come back for fixing it. I did everything. I drove there again. It takes me half an hour to get there; so I drove an hour total back and forth. And guess what, they told me they will charge me for the coloring again. Too much confusion among the staff members. The hair stylist who initially did hair color wasn't there; and no one else would get it fixed cause apparently they will not get paid for it. And they told me everything once I get there; not over the phone- I called twice before getting there. Manager is so unsupportive. Did not even apologize once. Rather, I was told by the staff that I could be lying and I don't have any proof . Would never ever go there again and will make sure none of my friends end up going there as well.
