A staff member brought out warming neck pads, which was such a nice touch, and I also noticed a small refreshment area in the corner, which felt very thoughtful. My Vichy shower and scrub were amazing. I instantly felt comfortable with the provider, who did a fantastic job. The massage portion with the scrub was heavenly, the water was perfectly hot and I left feeling completely relaxed. My mom said her massage therapist was gentle, attentive, and made her feel very much at ease. The pressure was just right for her, and she left feeling absolutely spoiled. I called to set an appointment, all during the Christmas and New Year holiday, and luckily Sara picked up to help me set up my first appointment there. She helped accommodate my busy schedule as well. I got scheduled for Saturday morning for a cut and color. Her pricing was also reasonable. I was the only client in there and she was also very personable. I didn't feel like a stranger. She also offered coffee and water. The building is easily accessible off the main road. There's plenty of parking in the front. The salon on the inside was nicely decorated and festive. It even had some items for sale, like a boutique.
