My regular PCP moved to the ER and I was assigned a new PCP through Multicare. However, when I needed to be seen for a physical, I was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks for the first appointment just to meet my newly assigned PCP to establish care... and of course, a copay was expected for that visit. Dr Rietze accepts text messages and phone calls and responds within a day, offering a visit within the next few days, if necessary, but never more than a couple weeks out if non-urgent. She takes her time with me and truly cares about my health... and I'm saving so much money, even on top of insurance premiums! I highly recommend Lilac DPC - this alternative has restored my faith in healthcare.

After suffering a heart attack, taking time off to recover, and relocating, I've been struggling financially and haven't been able to pay the monthly fee required to continue seeing Dr. Cranney. I've been trying to renew my long-standing prescriptions for high blood pressure and depression--medications that are essential for my well-being. Despite explaining my circumstances, the office refused to refill them. I understand policies and procedures, but this felt cold and irresponsible, especially given the critical nature of the medications. I followed their recommendation to contact the CHAS clinic, but the first available appointment isn't until the end of June. I was then transferred to the hospital's follow-up department, but they were unable to help. At this point, my only remaining option seems to be urgent care, just to access the medications I've been stable on for years. I'm deeply disappointed by how this was handled. I believe patients--especially those dealing with serious health issues--deserve more compassion and flexibility. I hope sharing my experience helps others understand what to expect.

He took great care of my husband; my husband and Dr. Cranney have similar senses of humor so they also genuinely liked each other. The office staff is always friendly, courteous and very helpful. When I needed insurance information and was out of town, I called their office to see if they had the details I needed. Initially, only a portion of the information was found; I received a call a few minutes later from their Office Manager who had gone back into my records and found what I needed. I have had paperwork misplaced several times and have come close to missing submission deadlines a couple times because paperwork was lost and had to be redone. The clinic manager is argumentative and denies issues unless you complain repeatedly. I wish my doctor was at a different office because the admin employees here basically are terrible.

Dr. Grim has rolled her eyes at almost every complaint I've ever had, tells me it's in my head, and just dumps me on whatever specialist she thinks fits the bill. She lacks kindness and listening skills as she lies in the aftercare summaries and makes things up that weren't discussed or didn't happen. She does not read medical charts before prescribing medications (once prescribed me something that would've killed me with the meds I was taking at the time). She's flat out told me serious health concerns were "no big deal". Not the place for genuine care.
