Even though it was a bit spontaneous, I'm so glad I went. Elena was really sweet, welcoming, and pleasant to work with. The whole experience felt very collaborative. She immediately understood what I wanted--at one point, I just made a curtain bangs-like motion with my hands and she got it right away. She also took the time to study the reference picture I brought and asked how closely I wanted to follow it. She checked in about the length, whether I wanted it shorter, and suggested soft layers so the cut would not look flat. She was extremely attentive, listened to my requests and followed each one perfectly! Maria was not able to come so she got her sister Jenny to come and take care of me. The vibe was really nice. Everything is super clean and stylish. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink so I got some water. The Christmas tree was so pretty. Jenny was so kind and sweet! We talked a lot! She gave me good recommendations about my hair and talked about many different things. She was sweet after she toned my hair, she blowed dried it and styled it! Amazing!
