My car showed a "low tire pressure" light whilst en route to Montesano. I did a Yelp search for a LS and found one in Elma. There is a "free air" station on the back side of the shop. Stop at any gas station and they charge 2 dollars for air. (what???). The young man checked my pressures on all 4 tires and brought them up to spec. When I mentioned the tire warning ight was still on, the technician described why they came on the first place and how to re-calibrate the pressure system. It was pretty obscure information honestly. 99% of drivers would not know it and pay a dealer $$$ to fix the lights on for them. He saved me 2 bucks at a gas station for air and a costly trip to the dealer. All for "free air". Good service, Good quality. Good value. Like all Les Schwabs I've ever dealt with.

On my drive out there, the car started giving me trouble. Originally, I thought it was just the battery but it turns out it was also the alternator. I barely made it to the shop and was told it would be hours, if not a day, before I would get my car back. I almost cried. I didn't know anyone in Elma and had to be back in Seattle that evening to make my flight. The guys at the shop did everything they could to get me back on the road within a few hours and even lent me their car so that I could drive to Montesano and get my work done. I was back in Seattle that afternoon and was able to get on my flight back home. I will forever be grateful to everyone at this shop who helped me out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Then when he finally pulled my car out he tried to free up the steering wheel and the key in the process he broke my ignition cylinder. My car no longer as an on position and now won't lock because the computer thinks the keys are still in the ignition. When I called to report the issue this driver answered. When I told him I had an issue and he got all defensive saying that my car was already broken and my cylinder was like that. And he said, I quote, "all due respect I'm not the idiot that drove it in the ditch." If your drivers can't be calm and collect in a situation where people already are upset, frustrated, or hurt. Then don't send them because they just make the situation worse.

A mixed review for me. Good: Everyone was nice…read more Not so Good: 1. It took 3 months for me to finally call them to see how my string trimmer service was coming along. They didn't know and eventually called me back to tell me it was ready. 2. It took so long to return; the string-trimming season was over. So I brought it home and put it in my garage. I pulled it out and tried to start it this spring, and it only ran off the choke. 3. The primer pump wasn't getting any gas when the unit was level (it would when I tipped it up). I took it apart and found the fuel line was kinked and had a hole in it. I replaced it. 4. Primer was pumping air into the tank? I eventually figured out Harbor reversed the primer flow lines, and after replacing the line (it seems like they should have done this), I reversed the incorrectly installed fuel lines. 5. I replaced the spark plug, another thing Harbor should have done when it was serviced. I won't be using Harbor again.

This is my only work vehicle, so I went into panic mode trying to find someone who could help quickly. That's when I found David--and let me tell you, he absolutely saved the day. He came out that same night after hours to try and fix the issue. When it turned out the repair needed special equipment, he ordered the machine at no extra cost to me--still honoring our original agreed-upon price only if the repair worked. Who does that anymore?! First, I paid $2000 for the bad workmanship working on my vehicle. Second the materials took over 1 month to here, third his quality of work is bad, he rush the job in one day on my vehicle. We inspected the wrap and there was a lot of air bubbles on the vehicle and smudge on some areas plus the vehicle was dirty window shield was not clean or on the front. I came with my wife, and I thought that it was weird then Alex told me it will cure, and it will be gone in a couple of hours or weeks so if it does you can bring it back because it has a 1-year warranty. Somehow, I don't believe it. After looking at my vehicle thoroughly on the PPF and researching how it is supposed to look. I see a lot of errors / flaws in the quality of work that has been done on my 2026 Tesla one. There are a lot of air bubbles and the lines on the PPF are all wrinkled and smashed together, and I am pretty sure that will not come out. Also, it is not lined up correctly and found extra PPF that is not glued on. I also had a second opinion from this tint place in Tacoma. They said it was bad workmanship and quality of work, I remember I asked you if you did a lot of Tesla's in your shop, and you replied yes. Also, it would take two days to get it done but it seems like you rushed to work on my vehicle in one day with a crappy job on it and he didn't take your time on it. So, i am very disappointment with the work on it. I asked for a partial refund and refused to answer question that answer and didn't want to give me a refund. I would not recommend taking your business over there, the worst experience dealing with the owner and operator.
