My son is 21 months old and was a bit timid at first, but once she turned on Blippi for him, he was much more relaxed. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. For example, letting him feel the vibration of the clippers before using them on his hair. She was really calm & friendly. Took my almost 3 year old here for his first professional haircut! We have been cutting it at home but he's slowly become more and more resistant and now outright fearful of having his hair cut. Tired of the struggle at home, I came here and I'm soo happy I did! My son was definitely afraid at first and wanted to leave but Natalie was so patient and so flexible. She immediately changed course and got out scissors instead of the clippers. I had to sit in the chair with my son on my lap, but having the tv available with Paw Patrol on was a great distraction and we got through it.
