Every visit left me feeling like I was doing them a favor by being a customer instead of being valued as one. The communication is disorganized, appointments are not handled professionally, and when problems come up, there doesn't seem to be any accountability or effort to make things right. After experiencing the same issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend this salon. There are plenty of salons that treat their clients with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them.

I went here a couple months ago to get a haircut because it had a really nice reviews and was close to my house. So when I go in there there's another lady behind me we really walk in together so the first lady is it knowledge and has an appointment and everything. But when I'm in there I'm standing up and Im not even knowledge by the other woman who's talking to the other white lady that came in with me there comes another lady from the back and still nobody acknowledged me or asked me what nor to have a seat or to wait. So the other way lady that had the appointment goes outside to her car and then when she comes back inside in the door bell rings another lady comes from the back to see who it was and then the lady was like oh it's just me but you still cant knowledge me at I'm in the room I think it's because I'm Mexican and there racist I feel very sad specially because I had my son with me and I've never experience racism in mint Hill because it such a good community but little do they know my husband's position in the community I know you can't sue for racism but I will let everybody know and I told my husband and he let everybody know especially him being an attorney.

She listens to what I want, understands blonde, and somehow gets my hair looking exactly how I've always wanted it. The color is beautiful, natural, and the quality is amazing. I actually drive over an hour just to have Cassidy do my hair, and that says everything! She is absolutely worth the drive, and I leave the salon loving my hair every single time. I moved to Charlotte from NJ in 2018 and it wasn't until this year that I found a place where I can…read moretrust someone with my hair! I was thoroughly impressed by the covid safety precautions of this place and their wonderful service. I went to Mo2 for a haircut after the phase to re-open hair salons happened. My hair was a mess with split ends etc since it had been awhile so I sucked it up and made an appointment. I was afraid to go in but I was really relieved with the amount care they took to make sure everyone was safe. They were specific about their check ins so there weren't too many people there all at once. Everyone was masked, there was 6 ft distancing between customers and air filter machines. I felt really safe there even though I was very apprehensive at first. Moving onto the haircut- I don't think I will go to anybody else other than Mohsen after he did wonders with my hair. I am picky about my hair and had quite a few specifications and Mohsen listened and asked if everything was looking the way I wanted every step of the way. I wasn't afraid to share my thoughts and he was really attentive about what I asked for. He even taught me a few tricks on how to make my hair look perfect when I'm on my own! ! I was so happy and received many compliments from friends and family afterwards. Also the trick he taught me (I asked for wispy bangs) was a life savior as getting bangs to look good after a shower can be extremely frustrating!) If you want an amazing haircut and plenty of helpful advice for your hair to go along with it, I would highly recommend this place and Mohsen!

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this salon. After receiving haircuts…read morefor myself and my daughter, the salon later attempted to retroactively charge us more because of our hair type--something they were fully aware of before the appointment. I had even provided photos of my daughter's hair in advance, so there was no surprise or misunderstanding. Further, the "master" stylist was very rude and accusatory when he approached me about retroactively charging us. Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.
