I needed two shirts made for twin day at my daughter's school (1st grade) and had an idea. I purchased my own shirts at Target and went to the kiosk which opens at 11am, not 10am like Google says. The guy working was very friendly and there were no other customers. I showed him an image from my phone which was just words to be put on the shirts. It was pretty basic and simple. I asked the price ahead of time and he said $15/shirt but since I brought my own, it would be $12 per shirt. After taxes, it was $28 for both shirts. He created the template and had me view everything to ensure it was ok on the computer. He then measured out how it would look on the shirts to ensure I was satisfied with the location on the shirts. Anthony Johnson had a fight last week but I forgot my only Rumble shirt in LA. Desperate, I tried to look for a store where I could buy a new one and even tried 1 hour delivery from Amazon but no luck. I decided to go ahead and print my own but it was saturday night and a lot of places that did custom printing were already closed. Even if they weren't, I was concerned they wouldn't have same day printing. I remember seeing a place at the mall but figured it would cost me $40 bucks to print a shirt which I was willing to pay given the circumstances. Well, I contacted this place and Mohamed helped me out. He was so sweet and told me to text him the design and he'd have it ready to print for me when I got there. I arrive and he helped me pick out a shirt size (shirts are great quality!) and it took less than a minute to print. The best part was it was only $19!!!! I couldn't believe it. I spent my entire morning looking for matching Disney shirts for our Disneyland Anniversary trip. Everything was over $30 and so generic and boring! Then I remembered this kiosk in the mall! Texted the owner right away and he was very responsive about the design that I created and was so open to customizing it to look perfect, exactly how I wanted it! It looks even better than I imagined! We went with a simple color scheme for my husband's shirt and of course I had to put as much glitter as possible on mine. Even cheaper than the ones that I found online! My husband's shirt was a little over $20 and mine even with all that glitter was a little over $30. What a great experience! Got totally ripped off at this store today! Prior to today I have been here twice in the last two months and had images printed on 5 adult sized t shirts that I brought. The most intricate design cost $12.50 which was a fair price. Came back today and was helped by a different person. This time I brought 3 kid's sized t shirts for printing. Two of the kid's sized t-shirt designs were small (the size of a deck of playing cards) and the other t-shirt design was normal size going across front of the t-shirt. The person helping me today printed the images up and was about to start applying them when I asked how much it would be. He has an accent so I thought he said $5 for the two small images and $20 for the large one. I thought the $20 was a but high considering these were kid sized shirts but I was going to let it go because the other two were so reasonable. $30 to get 3 shirts printed seemed reasonable to me. Turns out I heard incorrectly and he charged me $15 for each of the small images and $20 for the large image!!! That is $50 y'all and I brought my own t-shirts!!!!!!!! He said their standard price is $20 for a t-shirt with image. He discounted two of the shirts to $15 each because I brought my own shirt in. This makes no sense because I brought all 3 shirts so why charge full $20 for the other shirt? I told him that I have had t shirts printed in the last two months and the most expensive one cost $12.50. He refused to lower price and said I was told the cost before he made the shirts. I had no choice but to pay for the shirts which I did. I have read prior reviews and saw other prices such as $19 for an adult t shirt including a large image. In light of those prices I truly believe that what I was charged for two very small images and a regular sized image was excessive. No complaints about service of how t shirts came out. My only issue was the price. Purpose of my review is just to warn my fellow Yelpers about the price discrepancies and to be sure you clearly discuss and understand prices before printing anything. I am truly disappointed in my experience here today and will not be purchasing from this place again. read more

This is the best custom T-shirt shop I've found in California. I wanted a last minute shirt for the Ariana Grande concert. I showed her what I wanted online and in less than 40 mins I had it on my own shirt & in my hands. A second event, I text a design for the Taco Fest told her the date and time I wanted it, she replied when it was finished and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Customer service was great and they're able, to my knowledge at least, to do more complex prints than other places. They also finished the prints in a timely manner and were very communicative. Price is a bit steep because they charge by the design, but it is still worthwhile. I had 10 shirts printed in about a day and a half so I was thoroughly pleased. Went to get some shirts made. Was being "helped" by girl who knew nothing. Didnt understand what I was explaining to her. It was pretty simple. I explained it maybe 7 times. She quoted me a price. Then some other guy came in and told me it was her first day and she told me the wrong price. She told me $65 and then he told me it was going to be $140. That's a crazy price difference. It was a simple 1 color design. I called the manger. He said be understood and would call them and then call me back. It's been 2 hours I've heard nothing. This is not ok. I was walking around the mall in Escondido and I came upon this really cool place that has a lot of T-shirts up on some racks in the middle of the mall next to Sears, these guys have amazing style, they have a lot of cool looks, and it's pretty much anything you want on there it could be custom-made. They have some sort of laser machine that can print anything that you want. Their prices are great, and Mohammed who is the gentleman who works there is a really nice guy. Everyone at the mall should definitely check the shirts out, they make really good gifts. read more

I just left their kiosk an hour ago and went straight home to right my review about the phenomenal service they provided but then I saw the review below. I don't know what happened with that customer but I have consistently had a great experience with all of the workers here including mohamed. I am African American and have never felt any disrespect from any of their employees whether at this location or other locations. If anything they have one of the most diverse group of employees. She was correct about one thing though they will not make anything that has a copyright issue. They have certain designs that they have purchased the license for that they display and can print but they won't just print anything you get off of the internet because that can bring them a lawsuit. I have used them for team shirts, work events and birthdays and they have always been very prompt and give the highest quality prints. read more
