We did the trade all as planned. Sales good and Finance was good. Have to watch what your getting. Nick talked us into getting an extended warranty. I did my research and had Good sam on Class C. They replaced AC and Generator. Very good service. So my wife and I wanted one. We sell ted for a 8 year 80k warranty. It was power train and all the coach. ( 0 ) deductible. WOW ! Ok we get Class A home, and the bedroom slide out gets out of wack 4" off on one side. It ripped the molding and got into the trim on the wall. I called service and they said get it to us asap. Upon arrival they took pictures and said it would go in shop next day. True to their word it did. I have heard horror stories of people buying and missing a whole season of camping. Not the case. They got it done in 3 days. Heather was great on getting us in and kept contact on progress. Went in, and they said here is the keys. No paper work nor any payments. My wife inspected unit, and she said it was good to go. So I had great experience with the sale of and fixing the unit. They do break and getting an extended warranty is worth it. One happy camper ready to take her out on the road over spring break 2025

    After three weeks of trying to list and sell my travel trailer myself with virtually no serious…read moreresponses, I contacted Brian at HelpSellMyRV.com. Within two days he was at my house, made a wonderful video of my trailer, and talked with us and got all the background information about it and what improvements we had made. He explained clearly how his service worked and that, included in his service, he would screen all replies to his ads and only send send people to us who were serious potential buyers. Later that same night the ads and the video went live online. At 3 PM the following day, I received a text from Brian saying that I should expect a call from a lady about our trailer. She and her husband were very interested and had viewed the video and talked to him just a few minutes earlier. To make a long review short, this couple drove 2 hours to see the trailer, happily agreed to buy it, drove 2 hours home. The next day they went to their bank, arranged for a funds transfer, and drove 2 hours back to pick up the trailer. This is what I call earning your fee. We were absolutely thrilled with Brian's services and would refer him to anyone looking to sell an RV.

    We had a spectacular experience purchasing our camper last year, but I scheduled a service…read moreappointment for routine maintenance with our warranty and I have had the worst experience imaginable. I would give them less than a star if possible. The day I dropped it off, April 22, I was told to expect to pick it up in about a week. A week goes by, I've heard nothing. Two weeks goes by, I've heard nothing. I finally called to get an update and I was told that a technician hadn't even looked at it yet and that it "would be escalated and taken care of as soon as possible." But, then another week came and went. So, I call again just to receive the exact same answer that "it would be escalated and taken care of, but it still hadn't been looked over." I told the service representative, "respectfully, you said this when we spoke a week ago. I've now made a month's payment on our trailer and haven't even had the opportunity to use it." The representative then offered to add me to the email that she was sending to her manager so that I could see their responses regarding our camper making no progress in their shop and that it needed taken care of. That was on May 7 and by May 14 there had been no response to that email chain. On May 14 is when I sent an email to the chain asking for an update and was told it had been viewed by a technician and a work order was sent to the warrant company for authorization. They estimated this could take *ANOTHER* 3-4 weeks and our camper had already been there for a month at this point. By May 27th, I yet again had to inquire about an update and was told they were waiting on parts and hoped they'd be in by June 9. I dropped my camper off on April 22 for a ROUTINE service. So I have now emailed them on June 11 to find out when my camper will be ready because we have a trip that has been booked for MONTHS and is no longer refundable in one week. I was told it would be finished by end of day Friday (6/12) and that I could pick it up Saturday morning. I called Saturday (6/13) right when they opened and asked if they needed to know when I would be there or if I could just show up to pick it up, considering we were driving an hour to get there, and I was told I didn't need to give them a heads up but to please be patient with them when I arrive because it could take a minute to have someone pull it around and that Saturday's are there busiest days. So we decided it would be easier for everyone to pick it up on Sunday, but I just arrived and was told there was no one there from the service department, no way to move a camper to be picked up. You run an entire dealership and don't have something to move a camper at all times? I was completely dismissed by 3 different employees there and never once did anyone try to accommodate or assist at all, they just pushed the blame onto someone else and told me to just drive an hour home to drive an hour back to get it tomorrow. I've never experienced worse customer service before. Absolutely atrocious.
