I bought a taillight strip. Had nothing but trouble with it. They management would not refund my money. I took it somewhere else, to have ot fixed. Cost me nearly $600 to fix it. Turns out, they damaged the taillight socket. Their techs are certified for electrical issues in my opinion. So I'm out alot of money for an 80 dollar taillight strip. I highly recommend recommend NOT to go there for anything electrical. read more

I had nothing but issues. They was supposed to install a leaf spring lift kit and instead I got block lift kit. Had to let them keep it.to put the leaf springs in. I ordered a 6 inch bds lift kit with fox shocks. They didn't give me the bds or fox leaf springs and they only gave me 2 fox shocks instead of all 4 like I paid for. The ball joints were not tight at all when I got it back. I could tighten with my hand. And after they did tighten them when I took it back they busted the rubber on all the ball joints. I showed them and they ignored my text. We spent around 14 grand foe the lift kit and electric side steps and other stuff and it was a horrible idea. They might be good for small jobs but not for big ones like mine was. When I asked them to fix the problem he literally ignored me. I have pics of the conversation for proof read more

Do not use them. Horrible customer service always blames the supplier claiming they don't know why they haven't received ordered parts. Never follows up. Smoked in my brand new truck when putting a topper on it and took about four hours to do a two hour job. The truck smelled like an ashtray when I got it back. Not a good company. read more

Fuck stuff for trucks, worst customer service I have ever had in my life, and Chris the owner is a rude asshole who will not stand behind the product he sells you. I purchased a set of led headlights 2 years ago for $175, they have a 3 yr warranty on them from the manufacture. I get in contact with him about one that stoped working over a month ago about a replacement and was told that they were waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer and he would let me know when they came in, 2 weeks went by and still nothing from him so I called him back and he told me he didn't know what the problem was that he still hadn't heard from them and when he found out something he would let me know. Well now another 2 weeks later I call them back because mind you I have been driving around with one headlight for a month now, and he tells me that he thinks the company went out of business and the best he could do was sell me another set for $50, and I told him I didnt feel like I should have to pay anything for a problem that I didn't create, let alone for a set of headlights that were cheaper then the ones I bought. So then he proceeds to say that he found out that the company didn't go out of business and they will warranty my headlights but he doesn't know when they will send him replacements so all he can do is offer me the cheaper set ($100) in place of my $175 set I bought. Mind you that he carries a more expensive set that is the same price as what I paid for mine, but will not eat the cost to insure customer satisfaction, and then proceeded to hang up on me like a teenage girl who isn't getting her way. (Twice)I went to stuff for trucks because I thought they did good business, but I paid good money for a shity product that they sell, but Chris won't stand behind the product he sells in his store, and won't make it right when it's not the customers problem. read more

My husband hired them to work on his truck and has spent THOUSANDS at this store. His truck was raised with a leveling kit that stuff for trucks recommended and installed. This leveling kit has destroyed his truck, it busted the entire front end. When we took it to them to show them they say they don't remember doing the work and say that they don't know who worked on it afterwards. That's crap!!!! No one worked on leveling it but them and they are responsible. THE TRUCK IS JUST AS IT WAS WHEN THEY FINISHED, surely we can track the part numbers and show they ordered them and installed them. The truck is now unsafe to drive and they refuse any responsibility, truly ridiculous. read more
