After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.

It relies on manufactured urgency rather than honest, consistent pricing, and it raises questions about how transparent the business actually is once you're past the quote stage. For a simple, straightforward service, there's no reason to play games with numbers. If pricing changes, that should be explained clearly. This wasn't that. Because of this, I wouldn't do business here and wouldn't recommend it to others. Trust matters, and this approach doesn't inspire it.
