Over the next 4 weeks, he tells me he's gonna get back to me, but never does. I spoke with Keyvan and Tony and they said the same thing. Same result. On my last call with Dylan, he tells me it's because he was waiting for his vendor to get back to him, but they haven't. Well I never had an agreement with your vendor buddy, I was waiting for YOU to get back to me, and you never did. Do what you tell customers you're going to do. If you say you'll get back to them, get back to them. Even if it's to tell them that you have no news yet. But do what you say you're going to do. Business 101. There are dozens of sign companies in the LA area to choose from, and these guys are not it. If you're trying to create a sign for your company or HOA and have deadlines, these guys are just going to end up embarrassing you. Avoid them like the plague.

He did say he was going to use good vinyl as if I went with cheaper it would only last a month. But, I am pretty sure 3M or high quality vinyl for a 3ftx8ft sign is well below $850.
