At first, he explained that he was about to go to lunch, which I completely understood, so I told him not to worry and that I would try to figure it out myself. But Gerard ended up being an absolute angel! Instead of leaving, he stayed and helped me through the entire process. He counted all of my pages, showed me how to properly place the papers in the machine, and stayed with me until I was completely finished. He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful.
