Eric came out and gave us a quote. He was friendly, accurate, and down to earth. Our family discussed it and decided to add shelves to nearly every cabinet in our pantry and laundry room. Eric and Luis came back a couple of weeks later (based on our schedule) and installed everything in a day. Our roll-out trash drawer was beyond repair. I have replaced full-extension drawer glades before but replacing the glides that came with our trash drawer was above my pay grade. I tried and struggled for hours adjusting them up, down, in & out. It took a lot for this handy guy to admit defeat but I did and reached out to my neighbors for solutions. Many recommended Rollouts Quick so I called. Eric, the owner, came out and gave me a bid to replace the entire trash can box with his soft-close slider. I was a little disappointed that he wouldn't repair my drawer but he said, "If I repair it, I own it. I make my own boxes and I guarantee my work." While he was there I had him bid 8 more drawers where we had shelves and a lot of unused space. The price was right and I said "Go" and 2 weeks later he arrived to do the install. No money upfront, only upon satisfactory completion. He worked and talked and the man is a joy to listen to. He's been in the business for 35 years, makes all his own boxes, uses only the best sliders and hinges, and bristles with joy and enthusiasm. Based on Yelp reviews, I called them. Eric came over, explained what he does, showed us the samples on his truck. We gave him the order and he came back with 12 rollouts for our dishes, pots & pans, serving pieces, vases, water pitchers, and who knows what else. We tried to get rid of stuff, but he gave us too much room, so we'll have to go out and buy more useless stuff. On time, very efficient, very organized, focused on perfection--saw some upper shelves that needed reinforcement no problem for Eric. Found a ill secured bracing stud, no problem--he changed to the right size screws. Installed without causing any problems, he even dusted the rollout shelves before he left. We moved into our home 3 years ago. At that time I called a company to see about having rollout drawers installed in our kitchen. The cost was prohibitive, so I passed. Having dealt with stationary cabinets for all this time, I was fortunate to see a Rollouts Quick ad in one of our local circulars, so I called. Logan came to our home and I showed him what I hoped to do. He measured everything out and gave me a written quote. He left the quote with me and said if I decided to move forward to call the office to schedule an installation time. No hard sell! No gimmick to order NOW and save money. Very professional. I decided to do the installation because the price was right and the products were great! (By the way, samples of everything were on Logan's truck so I was able to see what they had to offer and I chose exactly what I wanted.) I called Eric to schedule the installation. However, I wanted to do it at a later date due to our budget, and that was no problem. A day or two before the installation, Eric called to make sure we were ready to have Logan come out and I told him we were. Logan did the installation and cleaned up beautifully. You'd never know anyone was there. I have waited a while to write about my experience because although I was extremely happy with everything, I wanted to be able to see how well everything worked. WHAT A DREAM IT IS TO HAVE THESE SHELVES. What makes me appreciate them even more is that a couple weeks after the installation, I had a total knee replacement. The ability to not have to bend down and reach to the back of our cabinets, especially during the Holiday season when cooking and baking a lot, was absolutely wonderful.
