However once he left, he never responded or got back to us about continuing the project... never gave us a quote. Not sure what happened but definitely not a good way to do business. If he had an issue with us or with the project, we would've been fine with it, as long as he communicated to us. A simple text with "I don't think I'm the right person for the job" Or "I don't think our plan will work" would've sufficed. Not responding after coming to our home was unprofessional.

My cabinet doors are now falling off, and Cabinet and Stone City will not honor the warranty. I have contacted the store in Dallas, and they say they are no longer franchisees and do not have to make the repairs. I have called several times to the locations in Georgia and no one will return my calls. I did speak one time with a young lady named Monica, she promised she would have someone call me, and I have yet to receive a returned call. I have left her multiple messages as well., Bottom line is this company does not stand behind it's product and installation,. Be very careful when ordering from Cabinet and Stone City.

How unprofessional can one place be? WOW. Took over 3 weeks to reply to my email. Lost my info so I…read morehad to resend it. Then the designer (Kim) was unprofessional with me on the phone when I called to discuss. I am doing a small kitchen in my basement. She informed me that there wasn't a way to fit all the stuff I wanted onto the wall. Theirs was going to be my 4th and final quote, so I told her that I was sure it would all fit. Then she got an attitude with me when I told her what size sink I was wanting to put in (I already own all this keep in mind). I told her I wanted to put a 20" sink in the space and she informed me that they don't even make a 20" sink. Umm... ok. I have one sitting in my garage right now. Major attitude with this lady + horrible communication = I'll def be going elsewhere. I had an amazingly pleasant experience with Frugal Kitchens, Lowes and even Home Depot (who typically aren't known for their customer service). Skip Cabinet and Stone City and go elsewhere... Find a place that treats their potential customers with kindness and respect.

Todd was too preoccupied with renovating his own home at same time to have my work done properly. He chose to give his idiot son, who had zero construction project mgmt experience, the task of making sure the work on my kitchen was done properly. Fast forward 7.5 yrs later, and we have had to deal with a massive pipe burst in 4 places due to pipe- that was placed in an exterior wall with zero insulation. This isn't to code and was concealed to us until the recent cold weather caused the pipe to rupture and destroy my kitchen. So Todd, how are we gonna settle this? U care to pay my deductible for the claim? Your lousy warranty has expired but the work was negligent when performed I'll continue to post more on thus until I recieve a satisfactory response. My kitchen is still torn apart, so Todd you're welcome to come by to see what your son's incompetence has done.

I was initially very excited to work with Cabinets To Go, but unfortunately my experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any store. I will also be contacting your corporate office regarding this matter.

I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions.
