But when you're greeted by familiar, friendly faces each visit, it truly makes the experience feel far less intimidating. I've been here a few times now, and it really hit me how many incredible nurses I've encountered but never properly acknowledged. In the moment, you're focused on the procedure--but it's the people who leave the lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to Kenya and Jenn for taking such great care of me during both pre-op and recovery. Their calm, attentive approach immediately put me at ease. And to the entire OR team--about 5-6 nurses whose names I didn't have the chance to catch--your professionalism and seamless teamwork did not go unnoticed. Of course, I'm also incredibly grateful to my orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Lundeen, along with Alex Ernst, MD, and Lindsey Whitlock, CFA. Having a team you trust makes all the difference, and I truly felt I was in the best hands. And a very special shoutout to Jen B--my "IV queen." I have over 30 years of management experience, that includes ownership of a medical practice. So, I had my first visit to Advanced Chiropractic and here is what I found just last week. Initial phone appointment: Very friendly and informative and easy to get questions answered and make the appointment. A+ experience. Check-In: Front desk was upbeat, and even though they were quite busy, she made me feel welcome and made sure I understood everything and did not rush to get me set up. Added bonus. I'm a new patient and was given a tour of the office and various options they offer for treatment. I was impressed! I asked how long she had been with the practice and she replied, "How long do you think?" Then said just three weeks. If I were still in the business, I would do what I could to recruit her to join one of my companies! Then met the Chiropractor, Dr Melissa Perotti. I wish I had her energy! She confirmed the issues I had, asked knowing I had prior treatments at another office what type of adjustments I preferred and went to work! I experienced instant relief and told her which I've found important to communicate with providers. My sense was, everyone including the Doctor wanted to be there, enjoy helping people and have a commitment to patient care. Management begins with hiring and the front office even with a good doctor can really diminish a patient experience and I believe Dr. Perotti understands that and has not forgotten in her years of experience how to provide a very positive experience from that initial phone call, checking in, and checking out!

It would be helpful if there was an online link so patient could fill out in advance of their first appointment. Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.
