I have been coming here for my daughter and so far everything has been great. The staff is all really friendly. They have a good selection of equipment for their patients. In general they are quick to come and get you for your appointment (usually within 5 minutes). They ask a few questions on how you are feeling and continue on where you left off with treatment. At the end they give you a few things to do as "homework" before your next appointment to keep the therapy on track. While it is really easy to find (just a couple doors down from starbucks in the Railey's shopping center) parking is a bit of a chore. trying to get a spot in front of the entrance (when you are having pains walking) is almost impossible because it shares the same lot as starbucks and subway. read more

I've gone to Custom Physical Therapy for three separate issues over the years and I would never go anywhere else! The personalized care I've received from Casey has been phenomenal! You really can't go wrong with any of the therapists there. Josh, Mikaela and Aubrey give incredible care, as well. I came a long way from when I started Custom Physical Therapy with Lauren. I fell off my truck at work, I had 8 surgeries. My injuries were so severe that I almost lost my leg. When I started physical therapy I wasn't even walking. I was wheel chair bound, depressed, and unable to live my life. I started PT, the staff kept me going with encouragement. Every time I would show up they all made me feel like part of a family. Lauren always pushed me but never over my limits. I recommend Custom PT to anyone that's needs it. read more

Do not go here. This place is a brunch of criminals. They will take your co-pay and then send you a bill for the co-pay you already paid. Then when you ask to see the cameras to verify that you paid they conveniently don't have the footage from that day. The actually PT was average, but the stress caused from the billing departments lack of accountability and organization makes this place worthless. Avoid at all cost unless you like paying double for less than average service. read more

I was prescribed physical therapy by my physician so I looked at a few places. I chose Custom Physical Therapy because it had good reviews and it was close to my house and especially because of the late hours it was open. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually enjoyed the experience. Of course you have to do paperwork upon arrival but after I finished I was talking to my physical therapist "Jeff" in less than 5 minutes. He seemed very knowledgeable and asked me many questions about my injury and then proceeded to put together a plan for my recovery. Having never been to physical therapy before I have nothing to compare this to. All I can say is that for me, it was a positive experience. read more

Custom Physical is the best physical therapy in Reno/Sparks, and I have been to a few others. EVERYONE is so nice and friendly, and the entire staff makes you feel welcome! They are very positive and understand your particular situation while never letting you feel you have failed. Casey is AMAZING!!! She is gentle and kind but can give you a workout that acquaints you with muscles you didn't know you had. She is great and really knows her stuff. So I've had two knee surgeries within the last three years and have come to Custom PT both times for physical therapy. My first surgery involved a lot of complications and I was super nervous about my second time around. I had the pleasure of working with Casey my second time and she not only supported me with my healing, but she was also just a great supporter for other areas of my life that weren't going so great. Whenever i wanted to give up, she constantly motivated me and encouraged me. All of the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, they really helped me heal to the best of my abilities. Getting discharged was honestly so sad because I love the staff here so much and they will always hold such a special place in my heart. I have had years of PT around the country on my back, knees, hips, so unfortunately I feel I am an expert. This program was different from all others- variety kept it so fun and interesting as well as well-rounded for muscle hardening. First impressions are key in a business, I would not go here, even if therapist were great. I went to Custom Physical Therapy on Robb Drive for chronic, ongoing neck pain. I had been referred for bad neck pains which severely limited my range of mobility and was giving me extreme headaches in the back of my head. Rather than resigning myself to pain killers and daily doses of muscle relaxants - I wanted to treat the problem.Amanda worked with me and over the course of a few weeks the pain greatly diminished and the flexibility in my neck has come back.
