Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.

I have known of him since he was at the university of Nevada Athletics Dept as the main Dr. He diagnosed me accordingly and also had me do therapy for full range of motion right away unlike ROC who didn't even mention that. It's tough to get in the schedule but my surgery went successful today. Dr. Pappas was very clear on what he recommended an what should be done didn't feel pressured at all.
