Employee Warning - Read Before Accepting a Job Here
I worked at this company for 10 months, and I strongly advise anyone considering employment here to think twice.
During my time here, I was repeatedly subjected to unfair and unsafe working conditions. Management is completely disorganized -- there are "too many chiefs and not enough Indians." Within my first month, the team went from three employees down to just me, and I was forced to cover all responsibilities for weeks without recognition, support, or any additional pay.
New hires were brought in with no experience, and I was tasked with training them -- again without any raise, promotion, or acknowledgment. Those employees were later terminated, leaving me once again handling the workload of multiple people. At various times, I was required to perform the duties of a welder, grinder, and powder coater -- effectively doing three jobs for the pay of one. This company does not provide raises, despite the added responsibilities and expectations placed on its workers.
The company culture is built on criticism, not appreciation. Management ignores hard work and loyalty but reacts immediately and harshly to even the smallest mistake.
The final straw was my unlawful termination. I was presented with termination papers that I refused to sign. Instead of respecting my decision, a supervisor physically blocked the exit and coerced me into signing the papers against my will before I was allowed to leave. This conduct is not only unprofessional but also illegal.
This business is severely understaffed, poorly managed, and treats employees as disposable. I am sharing my experience so others don't waste their time, energy, and health here. If you value fair treatment, respect, and legal working conditions, I urge you: Do not work here read more
