I also clearly communicated that my flooring contractor would address the trim. Despite this, I received a text message stating they intended to stop work mid-project, leaving me with a broken and unfinished shower floor. This situation has been extremely frustrating, as I am now forced to find and coordinate a new contractor to fix and complete the work. Please use caution when considering this company. In hindsight, I regret not going with my original contractor.

I had already made a claim with my insurance company (name intentionally withheld). With the estimate in hand, we hired Benjamin Brothers to complete the work and be our representative with our insurance company. I didn't want the headache and they knew what to do. As typical with insurance claims adjusters, they tried to nickel and dime the claim and Lee and Cody fought back to get the repair covered and each piece of damage compensated. Due to the back-and-forth, the job was delayed (weather/seasons) and the insurance tried to not pay the depreciation funds. We fought back again and the funds were finally released. The work was done professionally and when there was a slight issue with the repair, they corrected it immediately. They were responsive to our e-mails and phone calls and helped us through the dealing with our insurance company.
