WARNING! never go here! I never write reviews but this called for it. This place sold my sister gift certificates for 23$ a piece then when we went to use them for pedicures they wouldn't accept the certificates! We refused to pay because they have to accept the certificates since they took our money when the certificates were purchased. There were no signs in the shop or anything on their website saying they were no longer accepting those certificates. They say they have new owners, but have the same name and same people working. This was outrageous and the cops had to get involved . We ended up paying for the two pedicures and were told to report them to the BBB, which we are doing immediately. I can only imagine how many people they are doing this to. Never give them your business, they don't do good nails on top of it! read more

What I know that is different about this shop is that entire staff works in unity. My teenage daughter and myself can be in and out the door within an hour. We both can get mani and pedicures along with waxing. The convenience of having several manicurist work on us gives us both fast service with an excellent job. Lena does a terrific job with pink and whites. The shop is extra clean and all of the manicurists are young. I don't feel the anger and resentment due to the past war. Beware an older manicurist may still have family in their country and this type of manicurist may have lived through the war herself. Yes, they act polite in front of you but what are these older manicurists saying about you in their own language. Yes, I had this experience. I'm glad I switched shops. read more

Beware of this location. By far this was the worst salon establishment I have ever been to. This place is not only RUDE in service but also has BAD quality.Not very updated and a little dirty. I took my mother to get our nails done and as she was getting a pedicure the water hose to the tub broke loose and sprayed water everywhere. The worst part was the lady had the nerve to say it was my mothers fault. They lack experience in customer service, and had a poor attitude towards the situation. I would never come back again. Also to new comers the ownership just changed this past April so many of the positive reviews on yelp are before April 2014, just something I also realized for new comers wanting to visit. read more

WARNING!! Worst Manicure of my life!! I went to have a French manicure before a big work event and within an hour of getting my nails done - one of my nails chipped. I went back and they fixed it graciously. I left that evening for an out of town convention and woke up the next day to ALL of my Nails Chipped, Cracked and Peeling. I had to work the biggest and most important work event I had in years with chipped and cracked nails. I returned from my convention to ask for a refund and they refused saying - we won't refund you because you're just going to talk bad about us anyway.
