At the new house, we had a few of our family help direct traffic. I'd labelled every box with a color-coded room label and the team got everything to the proper room. They provided an estimate with an upper maximum limit that we were comfortable with. Arrangements were made via email and over the phone, and the office staff were always courteous and responsive. We needed to get the things moved within a few weeks and they were willing and able to come based on our schedule. The team of four were on time and they were incredibly agile and strong. On moving day we received text updates on their arrival time. The team communicated and worked well with each other. They were fastidious about keeping track of their time, which we appreciated. For example, they stopped for lunch and deducted their time from the total. The movers were extremely careful and I was amazed at how efficient they were. They wrapped and boxed up items carefully so that nothing would be damaged. I was impressed watching them in action. A piano and pool table were included in the move and they had to navigate a few steps for these heavy items.
