While I do not often write reviews online I felt in this case it was a must. I was referred to…read moreJeremy (owner of Clean Cut Tile) by a friend after he had worked on a few tile projects for them. I was pleased from the first interaction with Jeremy...of the three tile businesses I called for estimates, Jeremy was the only one to answer on the first ring and was always prompt in responding be it phone or text messaging throughout the project. While I am sure my project was small by comparison to some of the projects Jeremy has managed (small kitchen backsplash), he made me feel as though I was his only customer. He was upfront on the pricing for his services and made suggestions throughout my project that I know allowed the end result to be better than I expected. In my home remodeling project this year I have come to have a profound appreciation for the follow through ratio of those I am hiring...Jeremy has set the bar extremely high...he was able to start my project a day earlier than we initially discussed and finished 1.5 days earlier than planned and on budget. Best of all, his workmanship is truly stunning; have already shared his contact information with several others. I have been dealing with contractors and home improvement service providers since March of this year and I can without a doubt, Jeremy has been the best by far. Give Clean Cut Tile an opportunity to earn your business...you will not be disappointed.

It was a nightmare of an experience from the start. They sat on our cabinet order and payment for almost 2 months. We called numerous times to get an anticipated completion date for our cabinets so we could arrange our remodel schedule appropriately and we're continuously told they were waiting to receive a date from cabinet manufacturers, instead it was that our order was never submitted to be processed by them. When questioned about the dishonesty and the reason for the delay we were told our representative had been sick and it wasn't possible for the owner or other store representatives to handle her customers in the meantime. They never had us confirm our order when it was finally submitted, multiple cabinets came incorrect and created further delays. Not once did they admit fault but instead placed blame on the cabinet manufacturer and provided excuses. When questioned about compensation for all our hassles and delays they told us, we did the best we could. Absolute nightmare and took almost a year to complete our project.

Interlock Lifetime Roofing Systems made big promises--they don't follow through. The roofing is not…read moreworth the additional cost over a traditional asphalt shingle roof. The roofs come with a limited lifetime warranty and big promises-Interlock doesn't make good. The sales person who convinced us the roof was the best on the market said that not only one, but two membranes are installed under the roofing tiles. In his sales pitch, he made the membranes sound impervious. I've looked out on the company's web sites for this product again, wondering if I made things up in my own head. There are implied promises about the expectation of no ice dams or no ice dam damage and imperviousness to all kinds of weather, and other customers have submitted comments stating that they are excited to know that, in future, they will no longer have to be concerned about ice dams. So, I'm not the only customer who has believed those promises, even if they are more implied than absolutely declared. Was also told by sales person that if there are ice dams, there will not be a leak inside. This winter, water was leaking in through a light fixture--that's serious. A person in the customer svc department declared that because of the time of year, it had to be an ice dam, and no roofing company guarantees against ice dams. She was very unconcerned about our safety--water and electricity are not a good mix. Furthermore, she said I should think of the membranes as I would the aging rubber seal around a car window; eventually, there is shrinkage and water leaks. She actually said that about a roof that is called "Lifetime Roofing"! The sales person also said that the company takes care of customers. But, now that the roof is presenting problems, they do not respond to requests for needed repairs. Two winters ago, a couple of tiles bent when ice slid off the roof. It took over a year for them to show up and fix the tiles properly. The repairs were finally accomplished by a sulky, ill-tempered person who resented our insistence on proper repair. We have had this "lifetime" roof for a mere seven years. We had to finance a loan to pay for it--it costs about double an asphalt shingle roof. Now, we are being told that this leakage is to be expected. What we were told before we bought is VERY different from what we are being told now that there are problems. They stopped responding to us about this water leak issue. No follow through. It may be that other metal roofs are worthwhile, but do not use Interlock Lifetime Roofing Systems in BC Canada or installed through Best Roof Interlock Metal Roofing Systems in Roseville, MN. They do not honor their promises. I very most sincerely wish that I could get my money back.

We purchased a home with an Interlock roof. On 7/14/24 a large maple tree fell and caused damage to our roof. We have been reaching out to Interlock Roofing since 7/17/24, requesting that someone come out to assess the damage and give an estimate for repairs to submit to our homeowners insurance. Since then, we've been given the run around and haven't gotten any closer to getting our roof repaired. The Mid-West Office Administrator Cheri Mula returned our various calls & emails on 7/23/24 stating that she would reach out to an "Install Manager" to get in touch with us about scheduling an appointment. At this time, we provided photos of the damage and expressed our urgency in fixing the issues. After two days of not hearing back, we reached out again through phone and email on 7/25/24. On 7/26/24, Britt Duncan reached out stating that she would now be handling the issue, as Cheri Mula would be on vacation. Again, no response for days. On 7/29/24, we again began calling and emailing, only to get another delayed response on 7/30/24. At this time, no new information was provided on who to contact or when someone would be able to quote us the cost of repair. Finally, late 7/30/24, Alan in the Twin Cities area called and stated that he would be out to assess the damage, provide a quote, and get us on the books for a repair on 8/2/24. It is now 8/5/24, and despite multiple emails, texts, and voicemails, Alan has yet to show up, return a call, text, or email, or get us a quote. We now have water leaking into home below the damaged roof. We can't help but feel that the lack of Interlock's timely responses has led to this, and due to the unique nature of the metal roof, our options for which contractors we can work with is limited. We will continue to "pester" Interlock Roofing until this issue is resolved to our standards
