I had to place an order for 500 Black/White T-shirts ranging in sizes from YouthXL to XXL. The pricing was definitely competitive (with free shipping). I was contacted by customer service soon after the order was placed and guided through the proofing process. I got a digital proof as well as a free hard copy proof in the mail (which didn't add to the delivery time). Everything looked great. The order arrived three days ahead of schedule. It was packaged great and the count was EXACT down to the few extra shirts they include (in case of a problem with one or two in the order). I often have to place large orders for printed materials (from clothing to posters), and customink.com was by far the best experience I've had with an online printer. Kudos to you and your company. I will absolutely be using you again. read more

I wanted to leave a review and say this company has excellent and fast service. I put in my order and design and was promptly reached out by an associate the next day. Although I was unable to place an order due to complications on my side I recieved excellent customer service from Tara H. A Custom Ink Satisfaction Assurance Associate. She explained in detail the steps I needed to take for future orders. I appreciate the prompt, and professional, response. read more

I love CustomInk! And I love Inky! Customer Service is phenomenal and I love that the website is so user friendly and simple to navigate! I had ordered t-shirts for a school project and we had a deadline to meet. Customer service was most helpful. The only downside is that for orders of a smaller quantity the price per t-shirt is a bit ridiculous. But customer service is so good that I can't complain! :) read more

Excellent quality and service. I contacted them in such a short time frame, in a bit of a confusion. I needed help and wanted to ensure that I was getting a fair price/quality. Boy did they deliver. Their reps were in constant contact with me, even down to the last min changes. The quality of the shirts were pretty amazing for the price as well. The logo I needed printed was modified by them to ensure it came out correctly. I'll be using them for my other team. read more

I ordered 11 custom t-shirts with my own design and one of the XS t-shirt was too small. I measured everything correctly according to the provided chart of the brand on their website. I called customer service to see if there was anything they could do knowing that it might be difficult since it is just that 1 t-shirt. I was connected to Drew K. and he was very helpful and offered me a few options. I wanted to know if I measured it incorrectly and he asked me to measure the t-shirt as it might be a manufacture defect. The t-shirt was 1" short in both width and length. I sent him photos to send to the manufacturer and he send me an size S t-shirt in replacement. I am extremely happy with his problem solving skills, his patience and customer service. Thank you Drew K.! :) read more

I had to design T-shirts for my HOSA chapter and Custom ink had many different designs to offer and also many colors you could make the T-shirts in. Also, for many students that were of different size, it was great because it offered different varieties of sizes such as "tall" for those that were great in height. Also, when you order in bulk the prices actually decreased than buying it one by one. The shipping was right on time and my other members enjoyed the T-shirt. The quality was not of the best but it did fill it's purpose for all of us to look uniformed. Also, their customer service was great and they were very patient with me because it was my first time. The lady on the phone discussed everything with me thoroughly and we were able to confirm the order by the end of the day. I would highly recommend using Custom Ink for school T-shirts or any event that you are doing or hosting. The design came in perfect they way I wanted it and the color looked great. That shirt was made in 2016 and I still wear it to this day in 2019. 9/10 would go for it. read more

Their customer service was terrible. I ordered shirts for my soccer team and they came back the wrong color. It's impossible to match colors online with this type of custom work. When I complained they told me to shove it. Never again. read more

Awesome service all around! I had created t-shirts for my work for a 5k to raise awareness for colon cancer and not only did the shirts come out awesome, Custom Ink donated a small amount to the foundation!! The shirts were easy to create, shipping and production were quick and customer service was awesome. I will definitely be using Custom Ink again in the future. read more

All together...printing, pictures and text was good, but the color was wrong. i choose one color but it finalized it in white, so it came white. Color wasn't changing on the site when i was picking it so i just thought it was normal. I recommend calling and maybe giving them a heads up of what your doing before ordering. and choosing for them to contact you before making any noticeable changes. they kinda resolved my problem but not really. would of been nice if they would just take them back and let us pay any differences. customer service is key, I'm not too happy but it is what it is. read more

Right now, I'm giving them 5 stars! First time for using CustomInk . . . so far, so good! Really easy interface re: creating tanks/tees . . . easily understandable in terms of steps to follow . . . blah, blah, blah. My reason for the 5 stars? Their customer service. No, I don't have my shirts yet, but within 6 minutes of sending my order through, I realized I had screwed up MA-jor!!! I ordered the wrong shirt. I immediately sent an email, as well as deciding to call . . . wanted to make sure no one could say they didn't get the correction in time, as I have this set up as a rush order. Kari answered the phone (she was quite perky!) and I explained my faux paux. She said she could handle that problem with no problem! She placed me on hold for a few moments, came back to tell me that the problem was fixed. But that she also noticed that I should have only set up the order for 3 colors, as black was part of the shirt . . . which gives me a refund back, which she filed while I was on the phone with her. Never had that happen before . . . either the instantenous fix . . . OR the mention of a refund . . . if something changes after I get the shirts, I will update this review. read more

Thrilled with all the work Customink has done for me! Good prices, great quality and great customer service!

I don't normally write reviews, but I had a great experience with Custom Ink and thought I'd leave a note about it. I ordered several dozen custom shirts for a corporate event. Custom Ink delivered them promptly and well before the deadline. When I opened the box, I found that the logo was printed in the wrong color and the shirts were not usable. After talking briefly with customer support, they ran a new batch and shipped them in time for the event. When you're running custom jobs, mistakes are bound to happen from time to time. What impressed me was that these guys stepped up and made it right with zero hassle. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. read more

$37 for one T-shirt..........need I say more? You'll spend at least a half hour designing your shirt only to get mugged at checkout. They advertise from $4-$8 for custom printed shirt.....not going to happen. read more

I spent $1,200 - a portion of that was for expedited shipping for which I was guaranteed would arrive on time. I approved the proof within a few hours of receiving it - they did not sent it to the appropriate department until 3 days later and I did not receive my order in time which disappointed all of my Summer Camp Students. I will NEVER use Custom Ink Again. They have lost my business. read more

I've ordered from CustomInk for years - both personally and for work. The quality is usually 100% and in the circumstances where it hasn't been, their customer service is always very helpful and finds a way to make it right. Can't recommend them enough, they are my go-to. read more

I am so impressed with this company! I wanted to have a custom t-shirt made for my husband for Christmas. The website was so easy to navigate! Shirt colors, text and images, placement on the shirts. I did run into a problem with trademark infringement for what I wanted to do. The customer service people were amazing - Melanie, Keila, and Imane. They had excellent suggestions on how I could adjust my design. They helped me find alternate images. They helped with the final design. And the t-shirt came out perfect! I used to use Zazzle, but they weren't helpful at all with this project. So glad I found CustomInk! They will be my "go-to" company for custom t-shirts in the future. read more

Too bad I had to give them 1 star! The shirts themselves were high quality....Gildan but the print job was terrible. It looked great when first received but after only a few washing the design was flaking off and looked like the shirt had been through dozens of washings and was about 10 years old. If the shirt is for a one time wear then you will be happy but it you want quality printing look somewhere else. read more

As a family we ordered custom shirts. They all arrived on time but one having an error with print. I called customer service and I have to say this was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had with any company. She was quick to review the order, so kind, and funny - which made for an easy re-order and it will be shipped in time for our event. read more

Perfect! I ordered a shirt for my husband to wear at his surprise birthday party that I was throwing him and I couldn't be more happy. The shirt was exactly like I designed it on line. Designing the shirt on line was so simple and easy. I was worried it wouldn't like right but it was perfect!! I will order from Custom Ink again. read more

We used Custom ink for tshirts for my children's bar and bat mitzvah and they were EXCELLENT!! Wonderful and user friendly software to design the shirt, incredible customer service, great prices, and the finished products came out AMAZING! Soft material-seems very high quality. Custom Ink - The shirt we made on Cudtom Ink - Customized Merchandise Near Me - Tysons, Virginia

I ordered shirts for my sons 3 on 3 tournament. I got the rush delivery and they said no problem. Well I ordered 6 shirts and I get 4 in one color and 2 in another. They could not even get me 6 shirts correctly... the answer they give me is sometimes these things happen.. nice.. Shame on me. I used the site one time.. and never again.... stay away from customink. read more

Custom Ink has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The replies were almost instant and everyone is so friendly. They helped me resolve any issues quickly and easily and my order was shipped to me earlier than I had expected! Overall, wonderful experience. read more

After receiving a phone call that I could not put the Tough Mudder logo on the front of my team's shirts, I spent half a day COMPLETELY redesigning the entire thing. I called back and asked them if everything looked okay, only to be told that I needed to completely redesign the back because it "reminded him of a movie." But that was kind of the point. It used NOTHING from the movie, but apparently a clipart graphic of a state trooper's hat is now "proprietary" to Hollywood. Thanks for completely wasting my time, jerks! Should have read reviews here first! read more

Custom Ink is not up front about the pricing of their tee shirts. They also printed and sent me half of my shirts before changing their mind about the licensing of the images on them and then refused to print the rest. Half of my students will not be getting a tee shirt now. I had to call customer service at least 6 times throughout this process to get multiple different issues resolved. read more

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I ordered customized items as prizes for kids at my work who completed service projects. Originally, we were going to present them with the items on a Monday. However, due to scheduling, we had to do it the previous Saturday which meant the items wouldn't arrive on time and I would have a lot of disappointed kids. After talking with Robin at Custom Ink for just a few minutes, she had it worked out to get me my items on time and at no additional charge! The site is easy to use, the customer service is great, I couldn't be happier! read more

My experience with custom ink started out great. The shirts I ordered were easy to create and they were able (supposedly) to get here a few days before I actually needed them. When they arrived, I was so impressed. The shirts looked great. BUT THANK GOD I LOOKED THROUGH THEM. One shirt was completely blank, the design was not on either side. Also, they just forgot one of the shirts. They told me they could still get me my designs for free by my event, but they still aren't here and my event is tomorrow. I called and they won't be here for 3 more days and they are only giving me a 50% discount. Now two girls in my dorm just don't have shirts. Custom Ink- I will never use you again or recommend you. read more

The people at custom ink are simply amazing. I designed and ordered shirts for a group of flute players in a high school marching band, of which I am the section leader. A few months later my father died unexpectedly and my shirt was ruined in the process. I was devastated, especially because reordering another shirt would have required me to buy six shirts. My mother told custom ink what happened and they not only made me another shirt, they gave it to me for free. Simply amazing people. read more

really impressed with the customer service at this custom ink. I had ordered 20 shirts, and one had a minor error. The effort they took to make sure it was fixed in timely manner sets an example for other other companies to follow. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered custom T shirts for an upcoming event and sent in my design. I worked with someone who I thought would be assigned to my case...but instead, every time you call, you speak with a different person. They sent the T shirts printed so that only half of the letters (the top half) showed up on the background. I called to complain, sent in a photo, the rep I talked to agreed that the ink color was not going to stand out on that background so they were supposed to select a lighter, brighter shade. They sent them again, after several calls and emails back and forth and them issuing credit (which I have no desire to use) because of delayed delivery, and the second time they looked exactly the same. It's as if they have no QC. They did credit me for the full amount but I lost a lot of time. I am working with another company and will get the T shirts 3 days before the event, so my fingers are crossed that this one got it right. Never again would I deal with this company! read more

Started off well but then got handed off to 5 people and even though 2 weeks earlier the proof was perfect they started all over and couldn't get it beyond poor. They did refund my money, they obviously realized they couldn't print the logo even though I supplied them it and they just needed to stick it on the shirts. Colors were off, detail gone, and no continuity of one person seeing it thru yo the end. Went elsewhere and had completely different experience. read more

I understand that you are a reputable company in the printing business but letting you know that you could have done a much better job as it refers to the quality standard of your basic cloth face masks. Like what others said, the material is so thin, ear holes are very close to the edge and not even reinforced which can easily rip apart. I've hand washed a couple pieces yesterday and due to their thin material they've entirely curled up. Decided to iron the masks just so they somehow go back to their original form. Not only did I spend a disappointing $30 (shipping & tax not included) for a product of poor quality, I'm also forced to do extra work (ironing part) to make the most of the masks. With that said, I wish to claim a refund for a product that I'm fully dissatisfied with. The 1 star rating I posted here is a customer service expectation rating that you will review & possibly resolve the issue at hand. read more

I couldn't not leave a review for this company. While it is kind of difficult to create a tee shirt without infringing on different companies trademarks, Custom Ink gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I sent them an email explaining why my shirt had some profanity on it (their guidelines say they may not print profanity) and they completely understood and worked with me! There were also some copyrighted pictures on my shirt as well and they even made me a new design that they could print and tried to match my original the best they could. It's been about 3 days since I put in my original order and we've been changing it to be just right these past days. Not only was the customer service representative (Lizzie R.) So welcoming and sweet, but they also assured me that they would still get my shirt delivered on the original date promised. I will be posting another review once my shirt has arrived, but I've never been more impressed with a company taking the time and care to make sure their customers are taken care of and are happy with their custom apparel. I wont be ordering from any other custom print company again! Thanks Custom Ink. read more

Had a great experience with this company! I used Custom Ink to create a t-shirt order for my family reunion. They made it so easy for my family members to all order their shirts right online and in multiple styles. I didn't have to do any work after creating the design (which was also a super easy process). The shirts look amazing and they even shipped early. Will definitely use this company again! read more

Custom Ink has the best service around! I am so pleased with my order and the service I received. I ordered a shipment of 85 shirts and not only did they tweak my design to make it even BETTER, but also gave me $50 off my entire order! Custom Ink has played such an important role in this process and I will DEFINITELY be recommending it to my classmates!! read more

I had a fantastic experience with Custom Ink. I ordered two batches of t-shirts from them because I messed up the order and had to talk to people on the phone twice. Both times they were so helpful, friendly, and eager to work with me. I don't normally write reviews but their customer service both on the phone, and after to check up on my order was so fantastic. The t-shirts turned out great but I know if they hadn't, their representatives would have helped me. 5 stars. read more

Custom Ink is a rock star! Every person I talked to was ready to help me in any way they could, and they went the extra mile when I ordered the wrong count and let me add to the order and get it out in time to arrive with the others. Thank you all - I would name the people I talked to but fear I would leave someone out! read more

My friends and I have been walking the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk for 10 years now. This year, our eleventh year of walking and ordering custom shirts, we came across, "Custom Ink". The website immediately caught my eye because it was very organized and easy to navigate. After being very happy with our creation and pricing, we placed our order. That same day, I received an e-mail and phone call from a woman wanting to talk about our design. She had some recommendations on how to make it better and wanted to clear it with us before sending it over to her design team. The changes were great. Then, a few days later I received another e-mail saying that they had noticed we were ordering shirts to raise money for Dana Farber/The Jimmy Fund and wanted to know if we had a link where they could donate. They promptly donated to our website. Then I received another e-mail with a picture proof of our t-shirts. Once I confirmed the proof, they were made and shipped out. I received them three days later and they're AWESOME. I received an e-mail letting me know they had been delivered and another e-mail to confirm I liked the way they turned out. Seriously the easiest/best customer service we've ever had while ordering our shirts... And while ordering anything online for that matter. This made our whole week!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I was responsible for giving a conference this weekend. I saw a commercial for custom ink and checked them out. I have always gone with a local place but didn't have the time to run back and forth a dozen times on approvals. Picked out 100 shirts and was able to upload my logo to have them put it on the left chest. Had the proof within a few days and the shirts arrive here at the hotel before I did as instructed in Friday. There is nothing special about the shirts they are a name brand that everyone sells. The decoration quality is on the higher end of quality. One note though you're paying for the simplicity and that's the only reason for a slight bump down. I paid about 20% more than I normally do but they saved me a ton of time and delivered as promised. read more

I have been SO impressed with CustomInk through the entire ordering process. From their easy-to-use design builder, to their wonderful customer service, not one part of the process has been anything but smooth. After we submitted our initial design, we were quickly contacted by a designer who was assigned to our shirts. He made some suggestions, and worked with me personally to get the design just right. When we couldn't decide on a shirt color, they sent us out a blank sample, free of charge. The whole process was very quick. Even after several changes, different proofs, questions, and waiting for a sample, the order still arrived two days before the promised delivery date. I had SUCH a good experience working with CustomInk. The price is just right, and the quality of the shirts and sweatshirts we ordered is perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

I found their customer service AWFUL to work with. It was always their way or the highway, which is fine, but instead of actually just telling me with a simple 'No' they gave a whole monologue about "yes we understand, and i would love to help you and we are so happy you are interested and blah blah... and eighty minutes later, they would say no." Took forever, and they never ended up helping me. I don't need to hear their consultant newspeak for forty minutes. They ended up wasting seven hours of my time. read more
