A few weeks later, in mid-May, we followed back up to see when our order would be shipping. We were then told that they were backed up and could sent a partial shipment, with the balance to ship in mid-June. We accepted this new lead time. We received about half of our order, but were invoiced for the entirety of it. We paid. Mid-June comes and we send a follow up email to see when the balance will ship. It's ignored so we send 2 more emails a few days a part. Finally, on 6/24 Emma responds that she'll have an update by end of day. That's the last we've heard from them in the almost 3 weeks since and we still haven't received the rest of order that has been paid for. We've sent 4 more follow up emails and have called around 10 times. No one has ever answered the phone at any of the extensions, and all voicemail boxes are full. Emma, Aaron, Chris, Kit, and the general quotes email are all copied on our requests for updates. None have responded. Cannot recommend this business less.

It was a last minute call five days before Christmas and they said I had to bring it in immediately for a chance of having it completed by 12/22. I got it in the next day and Chris came to talk to me to see if the waffle machines could handle the task. Bottom line is, Chris did not know if the waffle maker would be able to handle the laser, but we were both willing to take a risk. Not only did Chris work his magic, but he did it in under 24 hours! It was a Christmas miracle! I am so grateful for Chris, Melissa, and the Laser Engraving Pros team for making this happen! They did such a wonderful job and my husband loved his gift.

One of my…read moregroomsman had his suit not correctly placed into the system by an employee so it wasn't even ordered for my wedding. It had to be rush delivered from CHINA. Yeah that's right, expensive custom suits from China. We are still waiting to see if it will arrive in time for my wedding but it was like pulling teeth to get them to purchase a back up suit and tailor it just in case the Alton lane suit does not arrive in time. My other groomsman went to the Charlottesville location and they gave him a pick up date after they had to make last minute alterations and 11 days later they said it still wasn't ready. Not happy with the service and honestly I feel like their suit quality has gone down over the years. Update: the suit arrived in time but my groomsman was never able to try it on before my wedding and Alton lane never gave him the back up suit they said he could keep in case their's wasn't fitting correctly. Clown show!
