The manager seems to be the only person authorized to do anything, whether it is design consultation or checking order status. There are staff, but they always defer to the manager. Once the manager has control of all possible issues, she proceeds to mishandle them, with delays, non-responsiveness, and repeated unkept promises of action. We have had an open issue involving a credit for months, and we literally have to walk in the place to talk to them, because they never answer the phone. As a design professional myself, I have no patience with vendors who make everything harder than it has to be.
