I…read morearrived on Monday and dropped off a tote bag to be monogrammed for a gift and Linda was so helpful in assisting me with what thread color, style and placement I'd like to have on my tote. I was expecting the tote back in a week and the very next day, Merryn called clarifying an issue with my bag (pockets on both sides), which we came to an easy conclusion. 2 hours later, I received a text from Merryn informing me my tote was ready for pick up. Per my request, she texted me a photo of the bag (see attached). I picked up the tote the next morning and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Much to my surprise, Merryn also tore off the excess material used to straighten the fabric when monogramming. Thank you for the top notch customer service and attention to detail.
