Needed to replace my furnace. Phoned many places. Airworks had someone out that same day,…read morechecking out the replacement. At first I thought I could fix it, but the price and service they offered with a new Trane HVAC, I couldn't pass up. Airworks crew was prompt at 9 am and had it all installed in about 4 hrs. Cleaned up, removed old furnance. Crew waste no time at all. Constantly at the job, until completed. Airworks, receives messages and responds promptly. I am so pleased with them, I had Airworks replace my tank water heater that was getting old to a Navien tankless water heater. New experience to get use to. I know I will be pleased. John, the technician,3 called at 1:30 and said he'd arrive in 45 minutes. He showed up at 2:15, installed the new unit for a fair price. I was especially pleased that they could come out so quickly. I'll be using Trouble Shooters for any and all further HVAC repairs/replacements. Five stars for customer service, quality work, and reasonable pricing.

I was told I would get a call when they were on there way. Had not heard anything by 1:00 pm so I called. "They'll be there this afternoon for sure". Shortly before five I called again to learn they were not coming. Apparently they had a commercial job that was more important. I felt a phone call to tell me they were not coming was warranted and told them as much. Waiting at home for them the entire day without any word from them was frustrating to say the least.

I was on an autofill program and ran out of propane in the middle of the night in the dead of…read morewinter on a weekend with a newborn in the house. After calling a few times and finally getting someone to return my call, I was told that I should have kept an eye on the level in my tank. I told them I had propane for 20 years and never had to do that and never ran out in all that time. We had to leave because it was so cold and they couldn't tell us when a truck would be out to fill the tank. When I talked to them in regards to selling my house and the steps I would need to take if the new owners didn't want them for their propane company they simply said to call them with the date and they would get the tank and gas and refund me for the price paid. Well imagine my surprise when I was charged $75.00 for labor and $92.20 restocking fee! They also knew I was moving out of state and would never use their service again. They could have spoken the truth.
