When I called customer care the 25th they tried to reschedule me for the 26th. I asked for a refund and at the end of the call they informed me that it would be 5 to 7 days before the refund would be processed. So all I got from this place was a week delay and now I won't have my money to fix it for another week. On top of the two days work I missed to be around for the tech. And another week of no ride. Really put me in a spot. I don't know if it is just this location or not but I will never call on Safelite again and would highly recommend anyone else over this place.
