The manager followed up w me and had a tech repair the ding while my truck was parked at the hotel I use for travel parking. Upon return my windshield had been repaired t no cost due to their new replacement warranty. I was so pleased with the communication and service from this company. As a side note, I'm not sure what See N Clear billed my insurance carrier but it was over $1000 and shows as an accident that has affected my coverage rating. Be aware. Overall, I am very pleased with service from their office and tech but concerned about the $1000 ding to my vehicle vin report which affects underwriting and value when I decide to sell or change insurance carriers.
