I again go to his office on august 4 ( he doesn't answer any of my texts or phone calls) Ryan tells me that he hasn't ordered any of the supplies for my house, and he doesn't know when they are able to get to get the supplies or to start the job, but it would not be during august. I asked for a refund of my deposit. This contractor had my deposit for 4 months, and NEVER did anything, but cause me aggravation. Time to look for a new contractor.

We recently found out that they use to be Tundraland deck company and closed down to rename it Integrity. Its laughable that they offer a lifetime warranty on wood framing. All that is telling me is that they don't plan to be in business long because wood does not last forever and there is no way they can rebuild all the decks they built. The only decking they use is Duxxbak decking and looking into that product they have a bad reputation for denying warranty claims. Duxxbak use to be called Green Bay decking and they closed their doors to get out of warranty claims and opened up under a different name with manufacturing the same decking.
