Our experience and knowledge within the construction industry allows us to help you in finding cost saving solutions or to build on your ideas by offering insight, alternatives, or by sharing unfamiliar product information that might offer you a better quality or give you more bang for your buck! Listed is below is just a few of the servers we offer. If by chance you already materials picked out and ready to go, such as paint, flooring, or a door or window to be installed, chances are we can get you in pretty quick. Speaking of getting more bang for your buck, the name insinuates a handyman service, but actually we are a state licensed general contractor that is fully insured. Better yet, we have a team of professionals that specialize in each of their own trades to give you the best craftsmanship possible. So for example, if you reach out to us wanting a new floor installed, you are not going to get someone that watched some video online, or someone trying to make a quick buck; the person coming or leading that project is a professional with experience in that particular trade. Simply put, everything from flooring, painting, decks, walk in tile showers, roofing, etc... will be professionally done at a more reasonable cost.

They were on time, picked up after themselves and I plan on hiring them to do many more things. Very polite and the price was really decent. I will be recommending them to anyone that I know that needs a handyman service! If I could give them higher than a 5 star I would

We removed the old floor ourself to save money. He padded the bill and charged us $2630, more than his original quote and we took out the old floor. He came and layef the floor and after the fact raised the price per square foot. Here is what he did: He charged us for 274 square feet, he layec 195 12x12 tiles. I only bought 240 and there were 45 left so I have no idea where he came up with 274. He changed the amount from $5 a square foot to $7 a square foot after the work was done. He said there was a pattern, there was no pattern. The tiles had different shades but not a pattern. Even another installer said this. He padded the bill in every area. He did a terrible job with the grout causing sharp edges in many areas and making it impossible to walk on it barefoot. He charged us more for supplies than the receipts showed. He did not put an underlayment down under the floor and after only three weeks the grout is cracking! He also has areas of the floor where the tiles are not spaced correctly. Overall he did a lousy job laying the floor and Overcharged us by over $1000. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

We've had the water mitigated by another company, have estimates of the damage, insurance is making it right again and we are starting to restore. Inquired whether Jensen's does this type of work. They do. I asked, "Could we get an estimate?" Their response: "Maybe you should go with another company, we are a month out". My response: "That's ok, everything is 6-8 weeks out". Their response: "Something about your request doesn't seem right and I feel uncomfortable with this situation." My response: "What could be uncomfortable, I am asking for a service, you said you do this type of work. Do you not want to do business?" Them: "I am uncomfortable with insurance being involved and you have an estimate already from another place, why don't you go with them." My response: "Insurance isn't an issue, they are paying to rehab what is needed, the first company who mitigated the water gave us an estimate on the repair but we are looking at our options, so we found you online." I say, "It seems you are suggesting there is something odd about our request. I ask again, "Do you not want our business?". Their response, "No." So rather than saying they don't want our business to begin with, they push us to seek another provider then say there is something that makes them feel uncomfortable about our request. That is just strange to suggest to a customer! Just say you don't want to do a job, one that I can only assume must've been assessed as a "smaller" job. Be upfront with the customer! Not a good interaction.

Quite honestly, I'm not sure if they ever really cleaned... our carpets still had dirt on them. The service was also quite pricey. I would not recommend; I will not be using this service again.
