You can respond to the text when you are fifteen minutes out and they are supposed to have your items ready. I did not try it though. It only took them a couple of minutes to get my items anyway. The woman working there was a bit more cordial. I must have caught her on a bad day when I dropped my stuff off. My clothes were packaged well and pickup was smooth and easy. It was my first time so a lady came out and showed me how to use the kiosk. It was straight forward. I had a stain on my scarf that I didn't think could take care of at home, and they removed it. It only took a day. Picking it up was the fun part. The machine brought it to the kiosk and the little door opened. It is pretty cool. Beautiful buttons weren't even replaceable. Now they have gone to this automated system which may work fine, but I think contributes to the growing issues in society- less personable. My neighbor just had a blanket cleaned there and she was unhappy about the high cost- tho seems like prices are going up everywhere. And offered a measly $500 compensation, the coat alone was over $500 !! You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. Most that have gone to card form don't still accept coin but they do here which is great. - and an automated front door for convenience I definitely recommend this laundromat!
