There is also metered street parking out front, but why would you pay for parking when they have free parking spots available. I got a couple of suits cleaned there. The woman that helped me was one of those just do their job type of people. She was not very friendly, but she was not rude. The cleaners is very clean and trendy and they have many services available including 24/7 Drop Off And Pickup and curbside service. I got a text and email letting me know that my items were ready. You can respond to the text when you are fifteen minutes out and they are supposed to have your items ready. I did not try it though. It only took them a couple of minutes to get my items anyway. The woman working there was a bit more cordial. I must have caught her on a bad day when I dropped my stuff off. My clothes were packaged well and pickup was smooth and easy. They even had something that they found in my pocket. I am glad that they checked before they dry cleaned my item. My experience with this cleaners was good. I would definitely go back again.

It was my first time so a lady came out and showed me how to use the kiosk. It was straight forward. I had a stain on my scarf that I didn't think could take care of at home, and they removed it. It only took a day. Picking it up was the fun part. The machine brought it to the kiosk and the little door opened. It is pretty cool. Blanca gave me a followed up call a few days later, and answered my questions. I appreciate the personal touch. Highly recommended.

Beautiful buttons weren't even replaceable. Now they have gone to this automated system which may work fine, but I think contributes to the growing issues in society- less personable. My neighbor just had a blanket cleaned there and she was unhappy about the high cost- tho seems like prices are going up everywhere. I'd really love to find a dry cleaner that doesn't wreck everything.

I have given it a few tries in the past year and have been disappointed with the quality and service. I picked up several items and was charged more than expected and questioned why they charged me for a dress and not a shirt. The gentleman that assisted me said you'll have to call Tonya back. I said, but this is a shirt and he said I don't have any control over that? I did not have time to dispute it. I then took a queen down comforter, and I was told it would take a week to get it back, which I understand. I was text within two hours of leaving saying it was ready. I said what happened to the week out. She said oh I had time to do it today. I questioned if it was professionally done and she said OK. I will send it downtown and have it done??? I also had a five dollar coupon taken off at drop off. Tonya said when I went to pick up the item that the five dollar coupon was not honored. Both Tonya and April were very rude and as a matter of fact and not customer service friendly, I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere.

On return of her belongings she found many valuable items missing such as a valuable designer coat , 2 designer bags , shorts and many other clothing items. After my friend calling them and feeling embarrassed at doing so they eventually admitted they couldn't find any of those items!!! And offered a measly $500 compensation, the coat alone was over $500 !! Shaun was dealing with this issue and I believe they should pay her more for the total loss of her possessions as they should be held responsible for the loss. Surely a company that stores household belongings due to fire , flood etc should keep an inventory of what was removed from any property. Not happy with this situation and I believe they got off lightly. Amazingly enough only designer items went missing all well known brand names nothing cheap and unknown!! Make of that what you will
