The wash did nothing and I called again. Second visit had to ASK to check freon levels and other issues. Again told I might need a leak check, not covered by insurance, was told freon was low, but didn't add any or do anything to help because I wouldn't pay more out of pocket. After waiting 2 weeks and paying over $300, still not fixed. Awaiting a different company to come help.

The info was very helpful and as they advised it turned out I didn't need an electrician after all, so I knew they were a company I would call if ever in need of an electrician. Today (13-April) the S&L team came out to replace all of my integrated & synchronized smoke detectors, repair some faulty outlets, and install a new weatherproof outlet outside in my garden. They were very professional from start to finish, sent a confirmation and reminder of my appointment, texted to advise when they were on the way, arrived on time, were clean and presentable, respectful, kind, cleaned up after themselves, have good prices, and they even locked my front door when they left.
