After waiting 2 weeks and paying over $300, still not fixed. Awaiting a different company to come help.

Today (13-April) the S&L team came out to replace all of my integrated & synchronized smoke detectors, repair some faulty outlets, and install a new weatherproof outlet outside in my garden.
