Don't buy from here, every time I take this cart to the beach get more pi$$ed off I listened to Seth, our cart has a 51v 105AH battery and according to the engineers at Eco Battery they should have put a 51v 160AH for what we told them we needed, Seth sold us on electric when we should have gotten gas, then they used the cheapest accessories they could obtain, and charged a premium price. I got an Evolution D5 2+2 from Seth five weeks ago. They delivered it when they said they would we paid them cash. 10 days ago I had a major grinding noise in the rear end of the golf cart. I've called them seven times. Left them seven messages all very polite and they've never called me back once. I told them I had a problem. The cart is only five weeks old. I'm very disappointed to have to write this. My last message was I was very frustrated and I would give them a few more days to call me but now 10 days of past and no word. Had a bad experience with these guys and I know my experience isn't isolated. Paid 18k for a cart that was no where near the quality you would get out of a club car or ez go. They dropped my cart off to me and told me it was "good to go" and I quickly discovered many defects. Floor mat wasn't secured at all, there was plywood exposed, tires weren't the right size for the cart, and (most importantly) the battery life wasn't what they had promised. I spent extra money for the lithium batteries they claimed would go 40-50 miles. They would go around 20-25. I told the owner I was unhappy with the quality of the cart and the battery problem. I offered to eat $2k on the cart and return it to them to sell it. His answer "we will sell it for you for a 10% consignment fee." Mind you I had already given them my previous cart to sell under that same fee, and I used this new cart 3 times. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Buy from a reputable dealer. read more

Spoke with them on the phone about a motor I needed. They told me they had plenty in stock for me to buy. We agreed on a price over the phone, I double checked to make sure they had exactly what I needed. They assured me they did. I drove over two hours to get there and pick it up. Only to find out the owner said they were mistaken, they didn't have what I was looking for. No apology. Nothing. Didn't offer a solution to make it right or anything. I have the most beautiful golf cart, all thanks to Brady at Custom Cruisin Carts. I talked with him and showed him a picture of what I wanted it to look like and he came over and picked it up and the work began. It was my fathers that I got when he past away and wanted to keep all of what we could and replace what we needed to. It was an old white cart that needed a whole lot of work. He worked with me every step of the way making sure all the new items were just want I wanted. When he finished it looked like a totally different and brand new golf cart, and my Dad's insignia was embroided in the middle of the front seat. He went above and beyond to give me a custom golf cart with the special memory of my Dad. My cart is the pink and black one in his photo gallery.
