Great STAFF ! Thanks Chris for the good deal ! The delivery was an added bonus. I did notice that 2 lug nuts missing on rear passenger side. Had to rethread those 2 studs and put new lug nuts all the way around. Glad I caught it because remaining two lugs nuts were super loose and the wheel was wobbly. You can see that in the video you sent me before I purchased it. Was probably an oversight before I purchased it so no blame for anything. Chris went through pros and cons of evolution cart vs others on market. Took calls from me and even advised me on buying a used cart from a previous customer of his. When that deal fell through for me I went back to C&C. Chase took me for test drive, ran great. They delivered free to coast and I simply tipped the guy. I found a couple of scratches that maybe happened in transport and Chris was on the spot and called right back and is replacing that seat no questions asked. He is very personable. Just be real with him and he will help. Can't answer to his previous reviews as he seems to be a very stand up guy and stand behind his vehicles. read more

The owner of this business does not stand by his word. He sold us a JD Gator with a 30 day warranty. He told us we could take it to. John Deere Dealer and he would pay for repairs within the 30 days if it didn't run. It was delivered at the end of December 2024. We used it for 3 days then it snowed. At 15 days into owning, it stopped running. It would just die out in the pasture or on the driveway. We suspected it to be the fuel pump. We went to our local JD dealer to look up a new fuel pump and discovered that the gator has 2 different serial numbers on it. We called C & C golf Carts and the owner said it was running when it left our place. He ended up hanging up on us after we asked about replacing the fuel pump. We offered to install it, if he sent us the part or paid for a new pump. Do NOT recommend buying from this dealer. read more

Rather than put emotions into this review, I am just going to let the facts speak for themselves. I have read all the one star reviews and I must say, they are 100% spot on. 2011 Polaris 800 Ranger Crew - Purchased used from C&C Golf Carts 13631 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX, for $2000 cash and the trade in of the 2011 Can Am on July 3, 2023. The Polaris Ranger has 443 hours on engine, 1680 miles. Contact was Chris Behrend. Same day, got the Ranger home July 3, 2023 - Unable to give the Ranger a full test drive due to the small parking lot at the C&C dealership. Engine oil checked and fairly clean and full. Dealership reinforced that the Polaris had a "Full Service". Started fine but stalled when being put on the return home trailer going up the trailer ramps. This should have been my first clue something electrical was wrong. Got it home off the trailer and continually stalled 7 times, would not reach speed and engine continually cutting out each time gas pedal was pushed. Has an obvious electrical shorting problem. Dealership (Chris Behrend) of no help, loud and angry on the phone, and even hung up the phone on me, then sent derogatory text messages saying I will not get a refund or exchange. Quoting text message - "No refund. Please put that in your review". Done! July 4th, - Spent most of the day unwrapping the Frankenstein electrical wiring harness at all points near the starter after watching youtube videos claiming this is the most common place for electrical failures. The wire harness had obviously been worked on before and was spliced in places. Found two wires that were frayed with one of them shorting out on the starter, other wire had damaged insulation with copper frayed wire showing. Two wires were melted together. Rebuilt the wiring harness in the damaged areas, including the two wires that were melted together, now running great. During the test drive the Ranger had trouble getting up the hill of less than 15 degrees indicating excessive belt wear. July 5th,- Did complete inspection of the Ranger to include belt, brakes, front differential fluid, radiator fluid, spark plugs, and main drive transmission fluid. Ordered Polaris OEM oils AGL for the transmission and Demand Drive oil for the front differential. Ordered brake pads for all 4 wheels. Brake pads on the Ranger were paper thin and needed immediate replacement long ago. Drive belt was heavily worn which is probably why the Ranger had difficulty going up the hill. Plastic cover over the clutch and drive belt is missing 4 bolts and rubber seal. Clamp missing on breather connection at top of clutch cover. Air filter was clean and appeared new. July 6th - Front 4WD differential oil was low, very black, and I recovered 5 ounces of fluid when specifications require 9.3 ounces of Polaris DEMAND DRIVE Fluid. Magnet drain plug for the front differential had gray sludge of metal debris. Obviously had never been changed. Transmission fluid was low, very black, and I recovered 25 ounces when Polaris specifications require 34 ounces of Polaris AGL Transmission Fluid. Magnetic drain plug on the transmission had a gray sludge of metal debris. The fill plug for the transmission oil was so tight an air impact was needed to remove it. Transmission fluid obviously had never been changed. July 7,- Did COMPLETE service - The front differential oil has been changed, transmission oil changed, wiring harness rebuilt, all four disk brakes are new, battery terminals cleaned, batteries charged and wiring for an external charger added, spark plugs replaced with new, drive shaft to front differential greased, brake fluid checked and added, two spark plug wires replaced because they had been cut with a razor and taped up with electrical tape, drive belt replaced with new, missing screws and seals installed to clutch cover, all done to manufacturers specifications and using OEM parts and oil. Ranger now running well with no known issues. So what is your definition of a "complete service" Chris?? Semantics? Don't buy here period! read more

I have purchased 3 golf carts from Chris since 2022. The first ended up being too small to fit my needs. Chris traded for a larger, gas cart that better fit my needs. One very minor issue I had, he sent someone out immediately to address. My 3rd and most recent upgrade to a lithium cart was just as smooth and flawless as the last two.
