They never called me or called me back. - We scheduled 4 times and they canceled 4 times with different excuses. - At the end (2 months after the first glass was ready) they were talking discounts and reschedule when the glass was ready. The insurance company was charged for things on my car that didn't even need to be fixed, (they replaced my rearview mirror when the damage was on the left rear of my car!) . Being that I'm a female, I believe I was taken advantage of even more. After dropping off my car, I was never called and given an estimate on how much it would cost for the damages and they proceeded to fix my car without my verbal permission. Let me also note that this accident was not my fault. My car was hit while parked in a parking lot. They proceeded to fix my car and then I was notified by the other parties insurance company that his policy would not cover all of the charges. After that, they withheld my car from me, telling me that the insurance company needed to sort it out before they would release my car! Ridiculous! When I finally was able to retrieve my car ,after days of being hassled, and having to pay for a rental out of my own pocket, there was car parts missing from my car! The only reason they got away with it is because I did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect my car before retrieving it and honestly, I just wanted to get the hell out of there, as I was being treated so horrible. After arriving back home and fully inspecting my car, that's when I realized there was a part missing and also a part that was loose and not fully attached to the car! I am astounded that they can get away with treating people the way they treated me, not contacting me with any estimate and repairing my car without my permission, doing such a horrible job! How is this even legal? I was told that I initially signed paperwork, giving them permission to fix my car. But I was also told that I would be receiving a phone call with an estimate before they started work, which never happened! I would not recommend this body shop to my worst enemy to be honest!
