Do not go here. They charged me $400 when I brought my car in because a check engine light was on. They said they fixed the problem but couldn't make the light go out. They specifically advertise for check engine lights. I had to pay again elsewhere at a legitimate mechanic who knew what they were doing and were able to fix it. Complete waste of money and time. Once the company obtained a new manager Jason and the mechanic I forgot his name but they tend to lie about parts going bad on your car to milk you more on the price. I came to get my car fixed in 2021 and the issue I had back then ended up being the same issue today. Be careful of what you get done. Definitely shop around to other auto places first before you deal with them. $125 just to look at your car. They doubled in price because of inflation since 2021. There is no discount for checking your vehicle out. Short warranty on whatever they fix. No discount to replace the same part they originally fixed. They will blame whatever happened to the car on you for not keeping it up( even if you did). There's no empathy or sympathy for your situation. If you need your car fixed they make it seem like you have no other choice and they are the only ones that can fix your car. My experience sucked with them. Came in for an emission test @7:45 am. Front desk manager seemed annoyed that I was there for that, then told me I would "have to be patient" if I was waiting in a somewhat condescending tone. I don't care, just tell me the time it will take or an estimate - I'm not a child, I'll make the decision if it's worth it. Since you guys don't take appointments for test..... I'm sitting in the waiting room, another customer comes in and is talking to him about a repair when he starts complaining "it's just emission test, emission test, emission test - we're an auto body shop man, I wish they had never started doing those" Looks like you don't want me coming here for auto work, if you make me feel like an idiot whose business isn't wanted for these annoying emission tests that you offer......one service leads to another, you know? Stopped in this morning to get my safety and emissions. They were able to take it in immediately. 45 minutes later I had passed emissions and failed safety do to a stinking headlight that had a loose connection. I drove home and fixed it and took it right back. They immediately took me back in and cleared it out. I really appreciated that he didn't try to convince me I couldn't fix it myself and that he took it right back in when I returned. I've gone here a few times now and Albert, the dude who seems to be the face of the business, is always very informative in letting me know what's wrong. The first time I went there for a new catalytic converter and they guaranteed the lowest price. Most other shops quoted like $750 or more. They only charged me $550. They let me know that if another shop quoted a lower price, they match that price. They've always fixed what they told me they would in less time and the same price that they quoted. Sometimes they even tighten a few screws here and there if they notice it. And that's super neat. They're not like insanely nice, but they're definitely not mean or rude. I've only ever dealt with Albert, and he's not condescending in any way. I'm a blonde girl in my 20's, so when I walk into an auto shop, people usually assume I know nothing about cars (which I kind of don't but that's not the point here). We bought a truck sight unseen. I know, not too smart. State inspection showed we needed a new catalytic converter and some exhaust work. Our mechanic wasn't comfortable doing the work and suggested Custom Complete Automotive. We made an appointment to get a firm estimate after discussing what we needed and receiving a soft estimate. Drop off went great and the estimate came within 2 hours. It was close to the soft estimate. We approved the work. (The estimate was $200 less than where we had the inspection completed.) We expected the truck the next day, but it was ready by close of business. In fact, there was enough time that the team was able to do a few more things for us not on the original estimate. Picking it up before close wasn't an option, so Albert kept it in the bay for us overnight. Much appreciated. Pick up the next morning was as easy as paying and leaving. Don't bother with this place they put universal catalytic converter on cars. Not the actual specific converter that fits the car my converter became faulty after 7 months. I took my car to another mechanic and not telling them what this place has done or changed because I have had other parts changed out and every part this company put in my car I had to get replaced not even 2 months down the road. I strongly believe this company is only out for money and doesn't care for the customer have spent over $ 1,800 on useless repairs at this shop and will never take any of my cars here ever again dishonest and only looking to make money. read more

Friday I towed my car into Complete Custom Auto Service. The owner or manager Albert called me Friday afternoon and said that it was my starter. I had some reservations and told him I'm not going to be paying you to add things onto my car just to test for the real problem. His statement to me was that the starter would start the car and we can figure if it needs anything from there. Well since my car was not starting at all I agreed, but I did verify that he said the starter would start it. This conversation happened in the late afternoon so the probability of him putting it on that night was low. Overnight, I thought about it and since the car was turning over I kinda figured it wasn't the starter. So I called back first thing Saturday and said I don't think it's the starter because it's turning over. Again he told me that he was sure the starter would start it. So I agreed to let him put it on. I get a call later Saturday morni g way in the starter didn't start it. So i reminded him that I told him the starter wasn't the issue. He became argumentative. I was with friends and told him I didn't want them to have to listen to this conversation and I would come into the shop. I came in and he explained why my starter was bad and then gave it to me to have it checked at an autozone. So I did, guess what, the starter was good. When I showed him the printout saying it was good he basically told me they would put the old starter back in a d back it out and let me go elsewhere. So I ask, "you guys put the wrong part on, so now you punish me, by having me pay to tow it elsewhere. Oh, I forgot to mention when they took the starter of they broke the connector to the cellanoid. I mentioned that and then he went completely off on me yelling like i was a child. This is when i raised my voice and saiid STOP yelling at me. He went ballistic, saying that I would pay full price or never get my car back. He then put me out after I tried to go to my car and told me he was calling the police. As I stood outside another mechanic came out and said Albert was stressed that he couldn't fix the car. I don't care, you never treat a customer like that. I don't know.if the police were called, but I forgot about that threat and went to work. So as it stands he's holding my car hostage. read more

After using this business for repairs of three different cars I've come to the conclusion that it is no longer the trustworthy business I had come to rely on. Several months ago I brought in my car to have a check engine light diagnosed and I was told that two different services were indicated. The shop manager recommended I do one of them because it was the one most likely to be causing the problem (an air flow sensor). I was told the repair would cost me $420 and I authorized them to go ahead and replace it. When I arrived to pick it up they told me it would cost $468. I argued with the shop manager and he told me the first price was just an estimate and didn't include the full price of the part or the tax. I was flustered and went ahead and paid it, against my better judgement. I should have said that an estimate is a firm number and that I wasn't going to pay any more than that. I then called their district office and was assured I would receive a return call. The call never came. Now the check engine light is on again and I've been told by a different mechanic that this is the repair they should have done originally. So now I don't trust their judgment or their business practices. I will never go to them again. It's a shame because they used to be so reliable and honest. read more
