You could hardly see the damage but it was there! To reiterate the left fog light was COMPLETELY OUT! I HAD $2,000 worth of damage! I contacted the CEO, and the Better Business Bureau. The CEO said they COULD NOT PULL UP the video after 30 days to see what happened to my car! The manager on duty knew nothing about the damage. They are helpful on the phone and also in person. I chose to wait for my work to be done in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice but they need to keep up on their amenities. The refrigerator with water and sodas was almost empty. Could be because it was Friday. Also there were no paper towels in the restroom. I did call it to their attention but an hour passed and still not filled. Anyways, am I happy about the service I Recieved? Yes! Was it incredibly costly for what seemed like a small item? YES! $625.00 later my power window now goes up and down!

I was very impressed and all of the staff I interacted with very helpful considering I was very stressed and knew nothing of what to do. It's been a while since this happened and have had no issues with the new tire!

After dropping it off, I received a text with the estimate and okayed it right then and there. I needed a new hose/ ac system. I loved this easy way of communication. It was expensive, but after comparing prices with other spots and doing my research, it was a bit less than what others have been charged for the same. It was ready the next day, and it was so nice to have a fully working ac in the heat again. I've had no issues since. Cars aren't fun to fix and spend money on, but I feel like this was as painless as it could have been. I'd definitely return for services!

So, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday. However, the person I spoke with had a really unpleasant attitude. He kept questioning whether I had the right place, repeating, "We're Big Bend Auto Center, not the other Big Bend Auto store." Why would I be calling if I wasn't sure? It came off as condescending. Then he told me I couldn't wait for my car, and when I asked again--just to clarify if I could wait while they did the estimate--he rudely said no. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you can't treat your customers with basic respect, why would I trust you with my car? It's disappointing, especially since they have decent reviews on Yelp and Google. I expected better. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
