My car was DAMAGED on the left side (only) part of the appliance around the light was off, the left front tire MOULDING was off the wheel and the left FOG light was COMPLETELY out and there was EXTENSIVE damage in the left fog light where wires were pulled out ( per my insurance company). In all seriousness, my low tire pressure light came on immediately and I have to think fast to figure out what was close by. My car was not going to make it much further and air was quickly expiring. So, I turned where I always do for the best nearby spots (Yelp) and I found Telle Tire. Unfortunately, I arrived at 5:45pm, 15 minutes after they closed. I saw there was a place to drop your key, but I had never been a customer here before and was also in a hurry to still get to my cycling class. A gentleman came out of the locked door and offered to help. He proceeded to take my name and number and let me leave my keys and told me he'd give me a call tomorrow after they evaluated the tire. I was so grateful, as they were technically closed. Sure enough, they called me promptly the next day, they were able to get the exact tire I needed, one that matched my other tires, same day! They serviced it that day too, and it was ready by the end of the next day. The price was right too! It was $50 under what I have paid at other places for the exact same thing, so I was thrilled. I really appreciate this business, as they went out of their way to help me and delivered on everything they said they would and more. Totally won me over.

It was expensive, but after comparing prices with other spots and doing my research, it was a bit less than what others have been charged for the same. It was ready the next day, and it was so nice to have a fully working ac in the heat again. I've had no issues since. Cars aren't fun to fix and spend money on, but I feel like this was as painless as it could have been. I'd definitely return for services!

He kept questioning whether I had the right place, repeating, "We're Big Bend Auto Center, not the other Big Bend Auto store." Why would I be calling if I wasn't sure? It came off as condescending. Then he told me I couldn't wait for my car, and when I asked again--just to clarify if I could wait while they did the estimate--he rudely said no. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you can't treat your customers with basic respect, why would I trust you with my car?
