Once it was time to take my tires off, I watched the guy beat my tires off and tell me that my lug nuts were too hard to take off so he wanted me to get new ones for $60 did that and as soon as I crank my car up, my tire pressure lights were on, and my sensors weren't reading I also don't believe the tires they put on my car was brand new. They were dirty and they already had thread missing as if they've been driven on. He told me to come back the next day I arrive as soon as they open and he's telling me that my sensor is all of a sudden broken. My sensor was working fine before the guy used a sledgehammer to beat my tires off. I had no lights on and my sensors were reading my tires fine He wanted to charge me another $50 to show me that my sensor wasn't broken and another 50 for a sensor. Don't go here. What really bothered me was that the radio had been used and left on a different station--completely unnecessary. Additionally, while I understand the dash camera was removed during the service, it was never put back, which is unacceptable. According to the shop, the delay was 'due to a staff shortage,' which feels like a typical excuse. The entire service took over a week, including the weekend when the shop was closed, so I had to take Uber to work all week. At the front desk, there are usually two staff members. One is very friendly and helpful, while the other is very curt and unpleasant to deal with, even over the phone. When all services were completed, the manager or someone should have done a thorough quality control check, inside and out. I will never come back again.
