After reluctantly agreeing to the new price, I was then told on the day of the scheduled cleaning that no cleaners were available and that they would no longer be doing business with me. The communication was also very frustrating. It was difficult to reach the company by phone, and they primarily preferred to communicate through text, which made resolving the situation even more difficult. Overall, I found the experience very unreliable and disappointing, especially when consistency and dependable service are important. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for a reliable, professional, and consistent cleaning service.

I have Quality Cleaning come in every other week to do a deep clean and I'm extremely please with the results. All of the cleaning products they use are non toxic and pet friendly. I have a lot of stainless steel appliances that get water marks if not cleaned, and they do an amazing job making them polished and shine. Erica is very friendly and does an amazing job handling my 4 month old puppy and is very efficient with the Quality Cleaning standard cleaning list. Occasionally, I have an annual cleaning list on top of the standard one that I request (ie: cleaning the inside of the oven, wiping down the inside of your fridge-just let them know) and they've been able to go above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I have a cleaning question Erica always seems to know the answer to my problems. For example, one time Erica noticed that my shower curtains were starting to have that tint of pink algae growing and instead of throwing it out and getting a new one, she suggested that I use vinegar and put it in the washing machine instead of bleach. The shower curtain came out looking brand new!! My home is new construction and it feels great to maintain that new house feel thanks to Erica and Quality Cleaning!

As my father had recent health issues the situation came to a head and my sister enlisted Cleaning Seattle after tedious research to help rectify my mother's hoarding to create a safer environment for both of them as they enter their mid-70s. They brought in a team of about 6-8 people to help tackle this issue and were very understanding of my mother's emotions as the cleaning occurred. A few of them were especially kind to her and helped her through the process which was greatly appreciated. We've managed to help her keep the house in check since then and are about to start our "maintenance" cleanings to ensure the house is kept up. We have tried to accomplish this task before but it has always been too overwhelming - Cleaning Seattle was able to step in and help us as it truly took a village!
