Fany C. came in, worked like a whirlwind for more than 5 hours (I was there the whole time), and made the place sparkle! When I was looking for a local cleaning service in W.S., I saw a LOT of 5-star reviews for Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy service. And having experienced the quality of service I received from Fany, I now know why! Can't recommend her, and the SGCF services, enough. Can you find a cheaper service? Sure. But, you get what you pay for... And with Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy, I did!

I loved coming home to a fresh smelling home, having the bed made up, and they always did a thorough job around the baseboards which was much appreciated, plus the little folds on the toilet paper was to die for. The convenience was also something I appreciated, it was easy to communicate with the team and make changes as needed. I had constant communication with Tia and she always made me feel 100% taken care of. I felt the pricing for the size of my home was pretty reasonable and overall had a pleasant experience hiring them to service my cleaning needs. Thank you Excellence in Housekeeping!

Incredibly rude…read moreservice, the women didn't look at us when we were speaking to them, never cracked a smile, but glared at us plenty. Streaks over all the counters and mirrors, small piles of dirt and dust gathered but not swept or vacuumed up. Did a quick, hasty job and charged us 3x what they should have. Once complete, I saw them zip their car out onto the street and nearly hit a passing car, then aggressively cut in front of them. Terrible cleaners and people. Avoid!

I have Quality Cleaning come in every other week to do a deep clean and I'm extremely please with the results. All of the cleaning products they use are non toxic and pet friendly. I have a lot of stainless steel appliances that get water marks if not cleaned, and they do an amazing job making them polished and shine. Erica is very friendly and does an amazing job handling my 4 month old puppy and is very efficient with the Quality Cleaning standard cleaning list. Occasionally, I have an annual cleaning list on top of the standard one that I request (ie: cleaning the inside of the oven, wiping down the inside of your fridge-just let them know) and they've been able to go above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I have a cleaning question Erica always seems to know the answer to my problems. For example, one time Erica noticed that my shower curtains were starting to have that tint of pink algae growing and instead of throwing it out and getting a new one, she suggested that I use vinegar and put it in the washing machine instead of bleach. The shower curtain came out looking brand new!! My home is new construction and it feels great to maintain that new house feel thanks to Erica and Quality Cleaning!

I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before. Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

While it was not meant to be a deep clean, a few areas of my home had gotten pretty dirty due to my physical limitations. They sent one cleaner -- the charming Sueli S. -- who went above and beyond, getting the bathroom and carpeted areas spotless. It all looks and smells amazing, and I cannot tell you how immensely cheering it is to have a fresh, clean house when you're ill. She was also very sweet, sharing her own experience with her mother's cancer (using Google Translate, which was a godsend). Such a kind lady, and her visit was immensely cheering as well. Queen Anne Cleaning also has a nice calendar and invoicing system for folks wanting to plan their appointments, and they seem to service a large area (I live in Judkins, across town from Queen Anne). Thanks, Queen Anne Cleaning and Sueli, for helping a neighbor in need, and for the incredible, meticulous service.
