The washing machine has built in soap, bleach and fabric softener and they also supply dryer sheets for free. Right now dryers are free to use during the week. I wasn't sure at first but I've been coming here for a couple months and I really can't see myself going anywhere else in the area. They're super friendly here with my son and I and it's always immaculately clean. Definitely check them out.

Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who needs to be harassed and slandered at a laundromat? There are plenty more around town which embrace diversity and value all of their customers.

The first few times she didn't. Last week she charged us twice as much for the woman's shirts. She said they don't do anything differently, but women's shirts are more expensive. Another customer came in behind me and then she tried to tell me the process is different but couldn't say how. They don't even do a good job, we will take our business elsewhere or do it ourselves. Besides the discrimination and dishonesty, the woman was horribly rude; we really regret spending our money here. They apparently don't care about quality or customer service.

I dropped off clothing yesterday and said I need to pick them up tomorrow. She said OK, and gave me my claim check. I went to pick them up just before they closed and they said they won't be ready till Monday. It was the same woman and I reminded her that I said I needed this order today. She said they were at the other location and I should go over there to pick them up. I told her I couldn't make it before 7 PM, so please call the other location and ask them to stay until I arrived, she looked like a dear in headlights and stepped away. Then the manager came out and said they would not be ready until Monday. They did not get sorted last night because some woman there didn't finish sorting and I had to wait until Monday to get my clothing. I am leaving town early tomorrow, which is why I needed to get them today. The manager said she had been gone a few days, not sure why that mattered, but neither of them made ANY EFFORT AT ALL to offer assistance except they said, 'we'll give you a discount'. I had clothing I had to have for a work trip. The could not have cared less, or offer any help in making things right. They said my clothes were at the other location and they had not been cleaned. I told them to call the other location and tell them I was in my way to get my clothes. They both disappeared for a few minutes and then came back with the pile of my dirty clothes. That's it. Now I have 12 hours to hand wash, air dry and press my work clothes. I understand people make mistakes, I understand if you make a promise that due to unforeseen circumstances you can't deliver, but when you stand there and say there is nothing you can do, and lie and say my clothes are at a different location hoping I'll drive over there knowing full well they will be closed by the time I get there, that's a really crappy way to treat customers. I know they have a lot of customers and my NEVER RETURNING is not going to make a bit of difference to them, but please DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR CLOTHES CLEANED IN LESS THAN THREE DAYS! They will not deliver even if they say they will. They do not care about customers, they DO NOT CARE about anything but charging you a ton of money.
