Most recently, the lower half of my jeans was altered incorrectly and ended up too tight. When I raised this issue, she became upset and claimed I had gained weight, which is not true. She also accused me of not wanting to pay, despite the fact that I have always paid on time and do not owe her anything. Instead of addressing the problem, she insisted the work was correct, kept the additional charges, and told me not to return. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly in response to a reasonable complaint.
