I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

When I reached out to dispute the charge, the representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. She claimed the suite number was provided and insisted I should've been able to find it--even after I sent a screenshot showing it wasn't included. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the FDA, as I'm not confident they're licensed to perform the services they offer. This experience was extremely frustrating and sketchy. I strongly recommend avoiding this business and not purchasing any packages online.
