They really take you into a Winter Wonderland filled with fun Frosty games. Talk about immersive! You truly are transported into Frosty's world where you use all your senses to find out where the heck Frosty has been taken and try to figure out who could have done this! I. room and realized we hadn't done their Fryte Family room when we left the recent visit prior. The props have significantly improved as well as their puzzles. Whoever decorates their lobby does an excellent job and I love how their room posters are advertised like movies! It feels very cozy yet it's spacious in there! While they do give unlimited hints, we tend to be on the stubborn side and like to wait until we just absolutely can't figure it out. Haha.. I called ahead as I saw no one had booked the time before us (5pm). I asked if we could possibly come at 6pm since the booking before us was open. The person on the phone wouldn't even let me get out the fact that we were traveling over an hour to do this room. Very short..:"You can come at 5 or 7, that's it". Okay fine, my boyfriend is a game master so we figured there may not be a game master available at 6pm. When we arrived the guy at the desk barely said two words to us. Put a tablet in our hands with no direction. Again it was a good thing we had done so many rooms so we knew to complete the waiver. After that the only communication we got "first door on the left, good luck". Okay again....direction? Locks? Did you ask us if we had done a room before? Once in the room we had to wait over 2 minutes to get clues that were sub-par, and the game master failed to even mention that one lock was not necessary since we were not playing in competition mode. When we "escaped" the room we didn't even realize we had escaped. No enthusiasm from the game master what so ever. Sadly this is our first and last experience. Disappointing since we traveled over an hour for this one.

But, in my mind, I guess I always imagined escape rooms as being single rooms with simple trinkety puzzles, cheesy Halloween store props, and zero technology. But, this place blew those expectations away. My wife and I just did The Holy Grail room, and it was so much cooler and more immersive than I imagined it would be! There were actually two rooms, not one -- and filled with high-quality props, impressive technology, and very creative & challenging puzzles. The employee did have to give us a few hints over the course of the hour, but only when we requested them, and they were just right: Not solving anything for us, but merely nudging us in the right direction. There was so much adrenaline as we found the grail with only 5 seconds left on the clock to spare! It was truly like one of those movie scenes where they defuse the bomb only seconds before it goes off. Ridiculously fun. We'll definitely be back.
