I experienced pain, water kept spilling on my face, and my treatment was not done properly. When I asked about teeth whitening, I was given excuses and pressured to do other treatments or come back another time. Most recently, my husband was told his procedure was covered by insurance, given local anesthesia, and only afterward was told it wasn't covered and asked to pay thousands of dollars. Staff gave conflicting information and delayed his care. Overall, there are serious issues with patient care, communication, and billing. I do not recommend this clinic.

I'm not going to lie and say Crosspoint took away my fear, but what I will say is I'm thankful for a dentist and a staff that is cognizant of my body language and knows when I'm in pain and responds to it. So I'm actually the third person in my family that goes to Crosspoint. I referred my husband to them because I heard good things about the dentist and he had a great experience especially since he suffered from periodontal disease. My oldest daughter then went next as she aged out of her pediatric dentist and this would be her first "adult" dentist. So I decided it was time for me to go. My dental hygienist was very nice and gentle even during the uncomfortable x-ray portion and as she explained my gums and tarter and how to keep it under control. I needed a crown and this part is what I hate but the dentist was very aware of my pain and made sure to provide me enough Novocain that I was numb and felt very little pain. The staff was very nice and there was very little to no wait for my appointment.

Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

However, this was the 1st time that I didn't even feel the shot. Dr. Stuart was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She had the most gentle touch ever...truly caught me by surprise. I anticipated the pain and discomfort, and it never happened. The office staff was so nice and really made me feel comfortable. I love the fact that there are no roundabouts to get to this office, and it was a straight shot using my GPS. Bryna was the best assistant, so kind and funny. This was in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic and quarantine! Obviously, when I got to them I was in extreme pain. But I also was dealing with the added anxiety of the pandemic and quarantine and all of that on top of it. The staff were understanding, worked with me on some issues and questions that came up, and were all friendly. On top of that, it was one of the cleanest dental procedures I've ever had. I think of root canals as being scary and painful. They took care of it with no real lingering pain and in good comfort.

I was warned by a past patient even before I went for my first visit. I should have listened. Do not let the basic 6-month cleaning reviews fool you. I've been a patient here since 2022, and I am very cooperative, but I have deep dental anxiety. What I personally went through here completely traumatized me. I am not the only one; if you scroll down far enough on Yelp, you'll see that many experienced exactly what I did. Because of this pattern, I will now be contacting the state board of dentistry regarding my care. My first bad experience happened when a front tooth fell out, and Dr. Isaacs suddenly claimed it was a "compromised tooth." He had never once mentioned this to me. as a female and as a person that loves to smile. I would've never delayed on having a crown put on or having tooth fixed as he had just filled a tiny cavity on it. If I would've been told it was compromised, I would've never waited. No one ever wants to lose a front tooth.. If he had actually told me, I would have gotten a protective crown. Instead, he rushed me into a temporary plastic "flipper" appliance that cost me $500 out of pocket, never fit right, and broke almost immediately. the shading of the tooth did not match my own teeth as they did give me a complementary $75 teeth whitening strips.I did not ask for them. They noticed, the assistant did , Not dentist, noticed that the flipper did not match my natural teeth. Even after the teeth whitening, it did not match and that flipper broke within weeks because it was not properly fitted. The response from Dr. Issac's!! "They're not meant to last forever". Didn't accommodate,basically blaming again the patient.The stress was so bad that I delayed going back for months because I was terrified. Pam at the front desk basically gaslighted me after I've had my teeth pulled and stated he's a good dentist isn't he? He's a good dentist isn't he. That's all I will say on that matter.. Last autumn, I finally went back to address two teeth on my right side, fully expecting to receive a standard filling and a crown. Instead, I was told it was "too late" and he extracted both of them. They made another multi-tooth flipper appliance that cost me an additional $Just days after having those two teeth extracted, while my mouth was still bleeding, heavily swollen, and full of active stitches, he forced that new $ flipper into my mouth. I was literally crying and shaking (I am forever grateful for his assistant that held my hand in the room while this was taking place, she was a true angel) in the chair from the sheer pain. Instead of stopping, he just injected my mouth with lidocaine to numb the area to force the appliance in before I left. When I told him it felt like it was going to make my other healthy teeth fall right out, I quote his exact words: "Well then you have something wrong with your teeth."He is the dentist--he is supposed to be the professional who identifies and treats what is wrong with my teeth, not blaming my body for his forceful work and terrible appliances. I take responsibility for delaying care. I will take responsibility for that. With that being said. Who wouldn't delay care after that experience literally traumatized, It scarred me so badly that I never went back and actually had to pull out my own surgical stitches at home. Once the swelling finally went down, not down completely ,enough for me to see the tooth next to the tooth he pulled, I saw a prominent brown spot on the tooth right next to where he did the extractions. I emailed the office instantly.That should have been completely obvious on the X-rays he took. I built up the courage to send them a very polite email asking to come in and have it looked at, again I delayed care because of the trauma, and finally built up the courage months later to reach out only to be completely ignored /ghosted. But the second I sent an email legally and politely requesting my records? They replied within minutes claiming their "internet was "down" all week. But mysteriously their Internet was up and working when I requested my records and they sent promptly. when I say promptly I mean within minutes. Mysterious isn't it. My experience, they ignore you when you are hurting, blame you for their mistakes, and only respond when they are scared of liability. Did I delay care. Yes. As anyone would after an experience like I had. This has been very challenging and difficult for me to have to share such a traumatizing experience, but I feel it's only right to let others know. I should've listened ,past patient when I let them know I found a dentist because our dentist of 20 years had retired. I should've listened so now I'm trying to help others. I am left without a dentist, in pain, and dealing with severe anxiety because of how this office treated me. Avoid this place.

I started with them when the practice was known as Smith-Brauer, and when Dr Brauer took over the practice and I got to know him I was really happy to continue coming. What's so epic? They have great reminders, for starters, and are very flexible in scheduling. When you walk into their office for the first time, a very clean and modern waiting area await you past a foyer with waterfall. You're immediately calmed and the place just feels incredibly clean. The rooms are all private and spacious with televisions and windows that let in natural light...No dungeon feel here folks. Over ten years, I've been lucky to meet several of the dental hygienists and staff and there really aren't any bad apples. You feel almost like family here. I never felt rushed through but instead always felt like they were incredibly thorough. When I came to the practice I had many older amalgam fillings, and over a couple years we replaced them all with color matched fillings and crowns which look great and improved my confidence and smile. A friend mentioned the other day that they go to a dentist office where the dentist is different each visit. I can't imagine doing that when I've been so happy getting to know the staff and Doctor Brauer. Easy assess off 465 means you can get here from around the city. Check them out, especially those of you who are nervous when you visit the dentist! You'll be in good hands.

The front office staff are extremely polite, the dental hygienists are friendly and know when not to ask you questions as their hands are in your mouth, and Dr. Brauer is very cordial and thorough. I am that person who is pretty terrifed of the dentist due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. I'm going to tell you all my personal info and say that I've had a cavity filled and a crown placed and both procedures went without a hitch - you gotta love a dentist who actually respects the fact that people can be scared of them.
