The staff on duty consisted of two adult female employees and one male teenage employee. I asked how much protein was in the drinks and how much additional protein was provided by the protein add-on. The teenage employee stated that he did not know the answer and did not offer to find someone who did. I then asked one of the adult female employees the same question. She responded that she did not know and stated that it was not her responsibility to know that information, advising me to contact corporate instead. After further discussion, she eventually provided an approximate protein amount, which turned out to be accurate. This made her earlier statement particularly concerning. If she knew the information, it is unclear why she initially claimed it was not her responsibility to know details about the products the business sells. She also stated that employees are not trained to answer those types of questions. When I asked for the manager's name, she refused to provide it. Additionally, during this interaction, the teenage employee made an inappropriate and disrespectful gesture by opening his mouth, sticking out his tongue, and shaking his head at me. I immediately informed the adult female employee of his behavior. The store's security cameras should have captured the incident. Rather than addressing the behavior, she attempted to excuse it by stating that he was a high school student. Being a high school student does not excuse unprofessional conduct toward customers. Employees who interact with the public should be able to maintain basic professionalism, treat customers with respect, and either answer reasonable questions about the products they sell or seek assistance from someone who can. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect in the future.

Seating, wifi and power outlets are plentiful, easy to use and comforting. Note the drink pick up is self serve, but they do deliver food to the tables. Table bussing is self clean.
