I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. This family=owned, local plumbing business made a stressful situation for me, turn out fantastic. Hi Speed Plumbing will now be our plumber forever. Thank you guys very much!

What I appreciated most was that they were honest, fair, and never pushy. They gave me their recommendations and pricing, but also made it clear that if I wanted to wait on something I had asked about, that was completely fine. There was no pressure to move forward just for the sake of making a sale. Honesty and communication are two of the things I value most when working with a contractor, and Alpine Plumbing delivered on both. I really appreciated their professionalism and straightforward approach and would definitely recommend them.

Herb made the entire process and assessment so easy, and he found the problem within just 5 minutes. He didn't even charge us for the assessment, which says a lot these days considering he still has to spend his time and gas to come out. Herb is friendly, down to earth, patient, and thorough from start to finish. This review honestly doesn't do him justice. We're already planning to use Alpine for a full plumbing and AC renovation on our home, and we're looking forward to being lifelong customers. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend Herb and this team to anyone who needs an honest, skilled plumber.

You can tell he's passionate about doing things the right way instead of just getting the job done as quickly as possible. He made me feel comfortable from the get go. He was always respectful, patient, and took the time to explain everything so I actually understood what was going on. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which I really appreciated. I also noticed he uses high quality materials instead of the cheapest parts. We talked about how important longevity is, and it was obvious he cares about fixing things the right way so they last. That kind of attention to detail builds so much trust, and that's hard to find these days. On top of all that, Kevin is just a genuinely great person. He's easy to talk to, has a great attitude, and somehow makes a stressful plumbing problem feel a lot less stressful. I actually enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. If you're looking for a plumber who's honest, knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and truly cares about his customers, I can't recommend Kevin enough. I'll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

I knew this was the right call to make. I contacted Mr. Castillo and scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and give me an estimate. Mr. Castillo arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately began looking for the cause of the leak. He was very friendly, professional, clean, and outgoing. Within thirty seconds, Mr. Castillo identified the problem and gave me an incredibly affordable quote. I agreed to the price. As he began working, he discovered two additional issues with the pipes under the sink. Rather than raising the price for the new problems, Mr. Castillo assured me the cost would stay the same, even though it would require a few extra pipes to fix. My first impression was that he was honest. I decided to tip Mr. Castillo more than I planned because of the great price and the extra work at no charge. Mr. Castillo finished the repair in twenty minutes, cleaned up the area, and left it better than when he arrived; my sink was fully functional again. Castillo's Plumbing is now my go-to plumber for any future plumbing needs.

The next day Sam followed up with me and gave me a quote for a water heater install and said he'd be there within 2 hours when I was ready. I told him I needed to discuss with my wife. During this time, I called another local company for a quote and they quoted me about 800$ more for the same exact branded/sized water heater, installation hoses/connection, etc. their warranty was also one year less than AAA was providing. I then called another plumbing company and their quote was even more astronomical than the second company. So I called Sam back after agreeing with my wife that we would proceed with him. He stated he had a new customer in the 1 hour we'd last spoken, but not to worry because he'd still be there same day just later in the afternoon. He provided a time frame and text when he was 30 min out. He arrived and got the water heater swapped out in 2 hours as he said over the phone.
