Made an appointment almost a month in advance just to have him not show up. Called them the next day and no answer. I left a message but I have not received a call back. From the reviews it seems like Dennis does good work if he chooses to show up and do a job. It's unfortunate that I relied on these reviews and tried to use his services for my business and had my customers expecting him to fix something. This situation ended up with him not showing up or have the courtesy to call me to cancel or reschedule. I completely understand that things come up, that's not a huge deal. I've had him out to my apartment (an old duplex with lousy wiring) twice now, and both times he's gotten the repair done in almost no time. These are repairs that my landlord's other repairmen couldn't fix - despite hours worth of "working" on them. Dennis was great. First and foremost, he got the job done and the whole process was easy and smooth. I had an issue w a switch that another electrician said was too confusing to figure out and Dennis diagnosed it and fixed it really easily. He also installed a stove range hood and advised us on some other lighting. Most importantly however, I totally trusted him. Hired him to wire up a line for my new range, which was quite a process. 30' of run through the ceiling. He was careful, mindful of the damage done to the house, and explained his thinking and spent time talking through the approach. End of the day, we realized the range needed a different breaker and plug, and he drove all the way to the store and back (next town over) to make sure the job got done that day, after a very long day working overhead. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. First the job was done on time, professionally, and exceeded my expectations. We were putting in a 220V and a dedicated 120V outlet in my garage. I had ideas about how to route the conduit but he came up with a much better plan. Then, later in the evening (9:30PM) I noticed that the AC system wasn't working. The error code it gave me led to a possible electrical disconnect, so I texted him asking if he could come out in the morning. He was here within 15 minutes (10PM at night!) checked the connections and found they were all good. He recommended resetting the breaker for the FAU and boom, we are blowing cold air again. I can't say enough good things about the work he did today (and tonight). We will most certainly be using him for some projects in the future. read more
