Well April 20th came and went , no Mark. Fortunately Ready Electric came to our rescue. Troubleshooted our problem, gave us options, and set an appointment. He completed the job on schedule and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. Thomas reinforced my T-top, addressing the structural concerns I had, and also polished the T-top metal, leaving it looking noticeably better than before. He even fixed one of my blow fuses free of charge because he had extra in his bag of tools. It's hard to find a reliable mobile marine mechanic who communicates well, shows up when promised, and delivers quality workmanship, but Thomas checked all those boxes. I'll definitely be hiring Rhino Marine again for future projects on my boat.

He was here for about an hour, didn't figure out what was wrong, didn't fix anything, didn't explain anything, and just left. No results, no answers, nothing. Later that same day, my uncle (who's a certified mechanic) came over and had the issue fixed in under 10 minutes. I reached out and asked for a partial refund since nothing was diagnosed or repaired, and his response was basically that "his time is valuable." That's ridiculous. So is charging people for doing absolutely nothing. Not someone I'd ever call again or recommend. Showed up late, didn't help, and refused to take any responsibility. Complete waste of time and money.
