Well I just called (same day as my appointment) to reschedule because of personal reasons (they never asked and since it's personal I wasn't open to share unless asked) and they told me since it's within their cancellation window they will be charging me the full $185 amount for me to not get my hair done. This place wasn't even good let alone great in order to come back. Also, my hair was always well into the $300 and I do baby lights. I did toner once and $300+ for a level 1 is insane!!
